Took a long time - 12 months with AP Morgan and 8 months with previous agent-to sell my house and I ended up selling at auction. I was keen to find out what the issue was but didn’t get any professional feedback from the agent. Had already started the process of buying another house so urgently needed to sell. I initiated many price drops without realising the problem. We eventually gave notice to end agreement and were going to sell to a cash buying company, before having a chance conversation with the new branch manager Josh Field who suggested modern auction - an option we weren’t aware of. He explained the process really well and helped us to achieve a price we eventually were happy with.

Terrible experience with this estate agent. We took up their opening offer of ‘sell for a £1’ when they first opened. The manager (who has now since left), honestly did not have a clue. We then dealt with the new lady manager (who has also since left), who was even worse. We were selling a shared ownership property, which I don’t think they understood how to sell. Bad communication & an incredibly high turn over of staff (check their meet the team on their website, changes frequently). We decided to list with another estate agent based in Hollywood & sold straight away. There is a new manager we understand, so maybe they are better now. But our experience was terrible, so be cautious.

We approached AP Morgan to buy a new property which they had listed, which would be dependent on us selling our current property. We had not been planning to move at all and AP Morgan instantly had the right strategy for getting us on the market as well as securing our onward property. They liaised with other parties to make this happen including the upward seller, downward buyer, solicitors Chapter Law and mortgage advisors Wiser. This made the whole experience very efficient and simple and would definitely recommend engaging these parties in tandem again. AP Morgan were very professional but also very personable at the same time and clearly concerned about the details of our individual circumstances and motivated by succeeding for their customer. We had interaction with many of the team members at AP Morgan through the process and the feedback is consistent to all.

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with A P Morgan has been nothing short of dreadful. They come across as completely untrustworthy — taking credit for other people’s sales and behaving as though they prefer to deal with buyers who use underhand tactics, their game is well known.<br>When I put an offer in on a house, it genuinely felt like they were prioritising others who were doing shady backdoor deals. Their service is appalling — full of empty promises. They claim they’ll help you find the right property, but instead, they keep pushing properties that clearly aren’t selling, almost as if they’re just trying to offload their problem listings. They force you into using their mortgage services just so your offer can be put forward.<br>On top of that, their admin side is a mess. They can’t seem to get paperwork right, can’t even print out the correct documents, and every step of the process felt chaotic and unprofessional.<br>If you’re thinking about using A P Morgan — don’t. Save yourself the stress and frustration. There are plenty of honest, competent estate agents out there — unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Worst estate agent ever.<br>We sold our house with AP Morgan in Shirley and completed in February.<br>What was good:<br>Very quick to take pictures and advertise<br>Paul, the manager, was great but he left.<br>What was bad:<br>Nearly lost our buyer when AP Morgan didn’t contact them for 2 days to accept their offer.<br>Didn’t seem to communicate between themselves or take notes of our conversations.<br>We were told by viewers that they declined to book viewings when they were under staffed even though were were happy to show buyers our home.<br>Once we were under offer they did not provide regular updates despite telling us that they would contact us every week.<br>When we did get an update it said “I have today chased an update with your buyer and their solicitors” instead of getting the information before contacting us!<br>They were very rude on one occasion on the phone.<br>They failed to provide much guidance during the sale process.<br>We eventually dealt direct with our buyer as we felt that AP Morgan had become a liability.<br>They did not even realise that we had exchanged contracts for 3 days, until we told them!<br>Thankfully our solicitors were outstanding.<br>They tried to overcharge us by 20% but our solicitor spotted the error on the invoice.<br>The final event was denying that we had provided a key to give to the buyer on the day of completion despite handing it to them just 2 days earlier

I am just a starting landllord searching for a good estate agent to let my property. Abdul Kahar was the first person I talked to and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable and patient with my needs that made me decide to go for AP Morgan. He then refer me to his colleague Raza Chohan from a branch that handles my area. I met Raza to assess my house and gave me a presentation of their company. I find Raza very professional, knowledgeable and help me with all my needs. I would also want to commend Grace Mcilvey who also handle d my viewings and she too was very friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Moreso, they use a brilliant application managing organised paperworks. I wish more success to this company of how they brilliantly do their service. I highly recommend them as they provide quality, kind, personal service. They have been patient and helpful to me starting up my letting business endeavor.

Awful and cunning. My brother tried to book a viewing on a property and qas told no slots available. Waited patiently and then all of a sudden sold. Don't waste your time with these!! Alwaya use a reputed agent always who will go thr extra mile and values customer service not someone who is greedy and lies!!

Dirty sly estate agents. Do not use, I was advised property is still available and can book me in for a viewing (a confirmation email which I did not receive). The agent never once advised there are no slots, in fact were eager to get me booked in. Two days later all of a sudden the property is sold, despite it being on the market since November. It doesn’t make sense. Sounds like they let one of their close investors know, and got them to submit a quick offer. Not surprised, dirty agents.

I met Tom Smallwood from AP Morgan when he attended my address to discuss the launch process which he explained in a very detailed manner. He addressed a few concerns I had regarding the sales process which put my mind at ease! He was very knowledgeable about the AP Morgan company, fully explaining the process and very attentive to the questions I raised. He is very professional and a very keen point of contact.. I then met Tom Wright at the branch to discuss the marketing aspects. Tom had by arrangement taken the sales images of my property and subsequently compiled and posted my property launch advertisement. I was also extremely happy with the service provided by Tom Wright, who was open to a suggestion I made to my property listing. I am extremely happy with the property listing created by Tom. Given the service provided by both Toms..I have rated my experience as 5 star.
