From start to finish, the team have been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They kept us fully up to date throughout the whole process, made everything run smoothly and took the stress out of selling our house.<br><br>A big shout out to the whole team at Arden, especially Olly Mellor and Sunny Singh, who have both been absolutely excellent from beginning to end. Their communication, professionalism and support have been second to none, and we really appreciate everything they’ve done for us.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Arden Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home. 6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

The whole Team was fantastic including Fran, Nicola and Laura.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We were kept in close contact with Fran who was extremely responsive, proactive and always on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout the entire process!<br><br>A massive thank you to Fran and team for making buying our first home such a positive experience. Connor, James and Hannah all made the renting process so simple and relatively stress free, they answered any questions I had in detail and made my first time renting much easier than I expected!! I would recommend black and golds to anyone regardless of whether you’re renting or buying!! Absolutely exceptional.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Steven Nagra is the most professional and honest estate agent we had the pleasure in meeting and talking to about the sale of our property, he explained everything in detail with the added bonus of not making it complicated and easy to follow. Due to illness my mind isn't what it was and I found the process very stressful and hard to keep the information all in, but chatting to steven made me feel comfortable and stress free we couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman, I have all the trust that my property will sell for what iv asked for and more. Thanks steven for understanding my issues and working with us to suit us.
