My partner and I had a really positive experience with this lettings agency from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear and reliable, and any queries we had were dealt with promptly. Whenever maintenance issues came up, they were handled quickly and efficiently, which made living in the property easier and stress-free.
What really stood out was how approachable and genuine the team are. They’re down-to-earth people who are easy to talk to and clearly care about providing a good service to tenants. Our move-out process was handled smoothly and professionally, which made what can often be a stressful time much simpler.
A special thank you to Sanjay and Dylan in particular.
Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend them.

Just a bunch of lazy people who tend to lie a lot!! I really wonder what drives these real estate agents to insist on providing virtually no customer service. I contacted this agency years ago when I was looking for a home, and I had to repeatedly call them because they would make promises but never follow through. Unfortunately, I recently had the misfortune of dealing with them again for other property listings, and I can confirm that nothing has changed.
It’s clear that these people are fully aware that they are misleading their clients. When you call, they collect your information, promise to get back to you, promise to contact the landlord with your questions, promise to send you an email….. basically, they make a lot of promises, but none of it ever happens. When they take your information and say they’ll call you back, they already know they won’t.
So why go through the motions of misleading people? Why not simply answering the phone or being honest and say - Look, I have absolutely no intention of contacting you or doing my job? It seems like they are just there to make money in a way that is, I would say, borderline unethical.
I don’t understand why they pretend to be real estate agents when they clearly aren’t. That’s all

I’ve just moved out of a property managed by A to Z, and the only reason I’m leaving is because I’ve bought my own home. I rented from A to Z for the past five years and have absolutely nothing to complain about. They handled all my queries and any issues quickly and efficiently, always getting back to me promptly. This was especially appreciated recently when my tenancy ended but my new property wasn’t quite ready — they were understanding and helpful throughout. I highly recommend A to Z for their professionalism and great service

Our agent Sanjay has been very helpful and accommodating in this agency. He is easy to reach and provided great assistance all throughout the process unlike 99% of the agents in London. He even drove us using his car for the viewings of two flats and negotiated with the landlord on my requests! Although I did not push through with the move because decided last minute to extend my current contract due to personal reasons (although I super loved one of the flats Sanjay showed and it was painful to let it go), it is nice that there are agencies like A to Z who do care about tenants. Will definitely reach out back to them again once I begin my search for a flat in the future.

My experience with A2Z Properties was nothing short of a nightmare. From their woeful lack of professionalism to their unjustified attempt to withhold £150 from my deposit, the entire ordeal was a lesson in frustration and disappointment. Their sluggish communication left me feeling neglected, and their unethical behavior regarding the deposit left me feeling cheated. I urge anyone considering their services to steer clear and explore more reputable options to avoid the headache I endured.

Rented with them in 2019 for 8-9 months.
Considering taking A to Z Property Services to the small claims court.
It still annoys me the agent extorted me 1 week before I moved in for 3 months rent in advance for a small over priced studio that had plumbing issues.
1 bin between 7 small studios and no one sorted out their compost from recycling, have horrible memories doing the responsible thing.
My last month the roof collapsed and flooded the studios. Will be taking them to the small claims court in 2024

Rented one of their properties from 2021-2023 where in I never encountered hassles. Requests that needs fixing were attended urgently. Martin, dylan, Jatin and the rest were professional and all easy to deal with. Back in 2021 it was our first time to rent a property here in London and their team guided us on how renting works and sorted our signing up for water bill and council tax. Everything was well explained before signing our contract. A to Z properties staff and my landlord were very understanding when I had issues with the flat I moved into currently.

AVOID!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!
I had extreme mould and constantly found rat droppings on the floor. When I moved in, they did not tell me about the mould and it was hidden behind a window so I could not see it. They refused to send exterminators to remove the rats and instead forced me to pay for it on my own.
They blame tenants and refuse to help them with anything. All they want is money. Avoid these scammers at all costs!!!
**I'm sure they will respond to this review with plenty of lies. Do not fall for it! They will lie their way out of it and try to spin it round on me. Ignore their response just like I plan to.
