They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

From the beginning the communication was clear, professional and clear. The property was well maintained, and the landlord was approachable, helpful and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was in good order. The estate agency was always efficient, organised and supportive throughout the tenancy.<br>Overall I would highly recommend both the estate agency and the landlord to anyone looking for a reliable and positive experience.<br><br>Thank you for making these 6 years smooth and enjoyable.
29th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

He was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.<br><br>His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out, and thanks to his hard work we found the right property much sooner than we expected.<br><br>Timing was accurate, communication was perfect, good customer care and very legal abiding.
