ABC GONE- The name speaks Itself.
I bought a flat in 2020 and Brexit crises were making me worried, however, they were mentioned by a very close friend of mine and I feel really fortunate that I listened to him by signing up with ABC Gone.
With in no time the rent started and never had any issues since then.
Sigita has been really polite and helpful in day to day dealings and always have a solution to every problem I encountered.
I take this opportunity to thank you for her services and ABC team especially Chris and Beth in maintenance department and look forward to carrying this business relation further with my next ventures...

Hello! We have just moved to the UK and this is our first real estate rental process. We are very happy that ABC Gone has gone through this whole process, from the beginning to the time of the move they responded promptly, in addition to offering us a more favorable condition than most real estate companies. Unfortunately the building we are in does not have car/bike parking. We had a small inconvenience on the day of delivery of the key, wrong key and the next day the lock was bad but they solved it and here we are. So, I would like to thank and congratulate.

Well, it all started well, the process of renting a property ran quite smoothly. After moving in, I experienced quite a lot of problems with the newly refurbished house. I spent two weeks waiting for them to sort things out with the toilets and bathrooms. I could not use them and although it was an urgency, their response was veeeery slow. I only managed to get the things sorted out when I contacted the builders myself, directly.
I was also told that I would have access to the garden and shed and that the works they were doing would not take more than 2 weeks. Well, it's been almost 2 months now, I cannot use the garden, the builders are still using my electricity and water (after complaining they offered to deduct £50 ONLY from my rent this month) and the cherry on top of the cake was being told that the shed was not included n the price. "If you don't agree you are more than welcome to leave".
Customer service plays such a great part n this kind of business but unfortunately the maintenance team does not have it. They should think very carefully on developing that skill if they want to earn credibility.

Have been a tenant with ABC and have found them to be friendly, polite and easy to deal with. No agent is perfect and it's not an easy job as worked in this industry before. ABC always have returned my calls and emails and I would recommend them. Zivile has been awesome!
I have also had the pleasure of dealing with their maintenance man called Jag and he is helpful, hardworking and a genuinely nice guy who gets things done and is good at his job. Thank you ABC and thank you Jag!

At first, I wasn’t too keen on ABC Gone, mainly due to a few disagreements at the start of our tenancy between them and us but over time this view has changed.
Whenever we have had an issue with our property and have raised the issue to ABC Gone they have been very responsive and very helpful at getting it resolved.
Chris, in particular, has been outstanding! His work rate to help when have had a problem is second to none, from talking to us late in the day to arrange an engineer visit to giving us advice with a neighbour from hell, without him we probably would have moved out to get away from her!

Have been renting with ABC Gone for two years and find the agency hard to communicate with. They are only ever in contact when they need something from you but never when you need help yourself.
However, Chris was the only agent that no matter what question (even if he could not answer) would respond and be there to listen, regardless if he could help or not. Thank you Chris, for making an experience for a first time renter reassuring when you were always there to help ????

This is estate agent are so rude, they lie to you, and make false promises, to get your hopes high. When you call this estate agent and show interest in their properties, they make stupid excuses to you and they do not want to show you their properties, that you want to view. They have a not bothered attitude, your waiting for them and then they call you back and then forget you exist. Abc gone are complete time wasters. There are better estate agents out there. I am so upset and angry that I wasted my time with them. Go to a better estate agent who will treat you better.

We rented with them a 2 bed flat for 3 years and never had issues.
Our washing machine broke at some point and it took couple of days until they replaced it no questions asked.:)
I would def recommend them! Our friends always complained about the agencies they used and how unreliable they were but we were lucky and Abc Gone was great!
Of course as a tenant you have to do your part and respect the property you live in, we really looked after the place and treated it as if it was ours. Its common sense to take care of the place you live in daily and this will show at the end!

I am renting from ABC Gone a house in Dagenham for 3 months now. I am happy with the agency! Roxana help me with the lettings process and make it easy for us to understand all procedures. Maintenance team is very good, we reported a issue with washing machine and they replace it with a brand new one in a week...so far a good and nice expedience with them. I recommend them to all my friends, family and colleges...and I am recommending them to you to :)

ABC Gone LTD is a very friendly and professional company from start to finish.
One of the reasons we chose this firm is because they were the only one to talk honestly and not belittle or talk down their competitors in order to gain customers (unlike two other firms I work with). Roxana was our first contact with the firm and remained courteous and informative from the moment we meet her for renting a property till now. ABC Gone has managed my property since the start of 2014. An excellent friendly and responsive company. They are always on hand to deal with any issues, staff have always been very friendly and professional.
Beth (my property manager) ensures I don't have anything to worry about when it comes to my property; she has always been very helpful and kept me informed of anything in relation to my property. Beth is absolutely amazing and it’s a pleasure know that I have someone so knowledgeable and responsive on my team, I wouldn’t know what to do without her, defiantly an angel in disguise.

Thank you Leon for saying the truth about this "agency".
As you can see on my picture, it was written : no admin fees, no hidden charges : LIES !! We had both!!!
I wish my landlord comes to see his property by himself instead of thinking that they are reliable!
From where to start ? When we moved in, nothing was ready : no electricity, the electric cable were still flying in the corridor, it was no furniture's assembled as promised and they asked us to assemble ourselves! No fridge, no washing machine...
Painting? Never finished! The whole flat was dirty like I never seen before! Our toilets were used by the workers during the works and never cleaned so shall I described you what we found and how brown were our wipes while we cleaned? I don't think so! You got that!
We requested to the agency to have a proper cleaning like you can expect when you move in a brand new flat, they refused .
To clean the common area : corridor, stairs... it tooks them more than 2 months and the cleaner (since June) came only 5 times MAX . And now it's been more than 3 months that no one came to clean (look the pictures by yourself) . The agency never care! Hopefully we have an amazing worker which is super helpful and that we can contact anytime if we need help! And all this for a lot of money ! A way too much for what it is !
This agency is such an unbelievable joke ! Most of the good reviews (I can't say all as I can't identify them all and I'm not a liar) are written by the agency team itself.
Think twice before dealing with them! I'm not taking all my time writing this just for my pleasure but to prevent the next people! I would have love to read a true reviews before dealing with them !

I love all the fake reviews this company clearly posts for itself.
They are by far the worst company my family ever dealt with. Lied about putting deposit in protection. When we checked with DPS, the had no record of it. The maintenance of the property was a joke. Their accounting leaves a lot to be desired as does there customer service. Steer clear.
