5th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Average service from a high street estate agent.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received from Payne and Co from start to finish. Selling a property can be a stressful process, but their team made it completely seamless. Communication was brilliant throughout. We were always kept in the loop with regular updates, feedback after viewings, and prompt replies to any questions we had. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done smoothly were second to none. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!"

14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.
21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Disgraceful company and practices. They park anywhere they want, double park on main road and cause gridlock everywhere. Avoid this dodgy company.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Hi, I've been a landlord managed by Hills Consortium for nearly three year now. I would highly recommend their services, especially in the Lettings Management area to bring all kinds of solutions to any type of property setting.

The staff, especially in Maintenance and Accounts are easily reached and provide a friendly proactive responsive solution to any issue with a professional quick turn-around for the landlord and residing tenants.

They make me feel the worrying has been removed from day to day self management.

You're doing a grate Job guys, Much appreciated!

Regard,

Ali
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)There flat maintenance and management services were also good previously but it has gone a lot better since Vaida has joined Charlesons
5th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Poor experience especially from Dee. No communication at all to us, and informed us Landlord is happy with us, told us everything is okay then providing us false hope. Keep in mind this is something you must stay transparent with… especially with an asset such as a house, but we were told lies and lies which gave us false hope as mentioned. Dee did not keep us updated, told us numerous different stories, does not have basic interpersonal and communication skills, not sure how he is the manager to be honest. He may have provided other customers good experience but for me and my mum, definitely not. Full of false promises and lies.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Very helpful and polite for information
Zahid and wasim are good
3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent accommodation, High quality service amazing company and family.
13th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am a nightmare landlord who can never make up his mind. I must absolutely drive Sarah mad sometimes but somehow she seems to come up with the right answer. Nothing is too much trouble for this woman. I don’t know what I would do without her.

Alan Wells
Multiple landlord
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Good property nice person abdul, he help me lot.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)They were really helpful from the 1st day i spoke on phone, very good customer service and they helped me get a nice property. All the staffs are amazing.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Portico. The process was marked by poor communication, disorganisation and conflicting information from different members of staff. We were repeatedly given assurances that turned out not to be accurate, and important information was either missed or communicated far too late.

The situation ultimately fell apart shortly before our planned move, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of accountability or clear explanation from Portico throughout the process.

A year on, this still stands out as one of the most poorly handled experiences we've had with a letting agent. I would strongly recommend getting everything confirmed in writing and not relying on verbal assurances.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Fantastic pricing strategy. Robin (director) in particular took time to talk to us, understand our position, not only helped with the sale of our property but also really supported with our onward move, working closely with their estate agents to negotiate pricing. Highly recommend as a company.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)They have been brilliant, informing us of everything that’s going on. They made me feel like an old friend instead of a client but still keeping the professionalism. Within a week of our open house viewing we are now under offer. So fingers crossed for successful sale. I could go on and on praising these people, the list is endless
