We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Seta Ekmali at Adam Hayes and honestly I can’t recommend her highly enough.<br><br>I initially contacted Seta to arrange a viewing for one particular property. From our very first phone call, she took a genuine interest in understanding exactly what me and my partner were looking for and she mentioned that, alongside the property we had enquired about, she had a few others in mind that she thought would suit us.<br>At first, I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical, from previous experiences with estate agents, I assumed we would be shown properties outside of our budget or pushed towards something more expensive. I couldn’t have been more wrong.<br><br>Seta had clearly listened to everything we told her. She prepared a selection of properties that genuinely matched what we were looking for, in the styles we liked and most importantly, they were all within or even under our budget. This was such a refreshing experience compared with other agents, where we often felt we were being shown random properties that didn’t really suit us.<br><br>In the end, Seta found us our perfect property, one that we hadn’t even found ourselves! That alone says a lot about how well she understood what we wanted.<br><br>It’s clear that Seta is genuinely passionate about what she does. She listens to her clients, understands their needs and goes the extra mile to find the right match rather than simply trying to sell whatever is available.<br><br>We have now completed on the property she found for us, and throughout the entire process Seta has been incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. She has always been contactable, dealt with every request we have had, and consistently gone above and beyond to keep everything moving.<br><br>Having purchased a property before, I can genuinely say this has been the quickest and most streamlined purchase I have experienced.<br><br>A huge thank you to Seta for all of her hard work, professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. If you are looking for your perfect property, I would highly recommend Adam Hayes, and especially Seta Ekmali. She made what can often be a stressful process an incredibly positive experience.

Yasser very quickly identified a buyer for the family property.<br>He was available throughout the selling process. He was often rather optimistic at the time scales involved, yet was prepared to push the buyers if needed. A good service. Thorough and well planned.

She arranged viewings quickly, provided clear and thorough information about the building and kept everything moving smoothly right through to completion..Even when there were bumps along the way she stayed proactive,solutions-focused.
