Although the office is not usually open on a Saturday he kindly came out for us to do a viewing on two separate occasions and allowed us to have a good look around without any rush. He recommended a conveyancer which I was a little dubious about at first but it turned out that HK law were very efficient and I would definitely use them again .

We 100% recommend these guys.! We sold through Adams and Rose back in February and recently completed the purchase of our new home with them...between selling and buying our new home, we received regular information of potential properties that might be of interest, even if those properties were not on A&R's book!...we are happy to say they found us one, which was on their books.!
Most of the other reviews mention, "going the extra mile, helpful, great communication" etc etc...We can only agree, you really feel Stuart Paul have your backs at all times...several times we rang them instead of bothering our solicitor , they always had the answers or got back to us very quickly. Very refreshing these days.!
If you are selling or buying and want that old fashioned personal touch, promises kept and excellent experience on your side...give Stuart and Paul a call.!!

We first used Adams and Rose when our flat sale fell through in 2015. They took on our property and we had a seamless sale once they were in charge of our sale. Their communication and efficiency was beyond our expectations. For this reason we chose them again to sell our property a few months ago. We had several issues which were out of their control. Despite the stress they did their very best to assist with any complications that arose. Always available and on the ball, their personal touch was again beyond our expectations. We wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend them. If you are looking for a highly efficient estate agents that you can trust with a personal touch, these are the estate agents for you.

A wonderful service by wonderful agents.
Professional, great communication and fabulous photo’s.
Originally they sold the property to me when I bought it in 2018, they were excellent then for me as a buyer and just as excellent now as a seller.
After a very slow start with another agent, Adams and Rose had the property sold within a week.
Family friends have also swapped agents as they wanted to be represented better.
Completing next week and couldn’t be happier.

A rare find in this day and age.....Stuart is an honest Estate Agent!!!
Throughout our sale he and Nina have always been at the end of the phone to help. Nothing has been too much trouble. Stuart was most considerate when conducting viewings. Their commission rate is reasonable for the service offered, and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.
