My wife and I purchased a property through link homes after a long track history with terrible estate agents. The estate agents that we had worked with previously had a lot of good and some very bad reviews. However, both online reviews and friends who had used Link Homes stated the excellent service that they provide. We received the best service possible for the rate that you pay. The communication was efficient and solved any problems promptly. They always went above and beyond. I could not fault them on any aspect of our sale/purchase. I recently completed on my first time buy and I am so glad the house I went for was for sale through Link Homes.
I’d been looking for about 18 months and dealt with a lot of different estate agents in that time - Ash was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Sales people can have a bad rep but Ash was warm, approachable and reasonable and always available to answer questions. Throughout the purchase process he was on hand whenever I needed him and always kept me informed.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Link Homes. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We started out with a bigger local agent and had a pretty awful experience but working with Jack and the team couldn’t have been more different. They stepped in, got things back on track and helped us with everything from warranty issues to fire certificates. They were always on hand, always proactive and we never had to chase for updates.
I wouldn’t use anyone else in the area. Their service is miles ahead and they genuinely care about getting things right.

After a disappointing experience with a corporate agent — where we received no feedback and were constantly pushed to lower our price — we decided to contact Link Homes for a valuation. From the very first meeting, Hettie was honest, transparent, and managed our expectations brilliantly. We were particularly impressed by her positive attitude and how she explained Link Homes’ approach to marketing our property.
On the day our photos were taken, we met Hettie, Loyd, Ashley, and Richard — all of whom were extremely friendly and guided us through the process with professionalism and care. Once our property was listed, we were pleasantly surprised by the number of viewings we received, and even more impressed by the detailed feedback after each one — already a much better experience than before!
We were delighted to accept an offer just a few days after going on the market. Throughout the process, Hettie and the team kept in regular contact, providing updates and answering every question promptly. Their communication and reassurance made the whole experience far less stressful.

The marketing and photography of our home were top-notch, easily among the best I’ve seen on property listings, which I feel made a huge difference.

We invited Jack to come to our home and give us a valuation his honest realistic opinion was given in a friendly, positive and professional way. Straight away we knew that Jack and his team had something special. It’s not just the property they take on it was us. We had pleasure to meet Hettie and Ashley too and I can honestly say that the team took on a professional friendly role in marketing our property. We have just exchanged on our first home, with the continuous and brilliant support of Jack and the rest of the team at Link Homes Estate Agents.
From booking the viewing through to exchange and agreeing the completion date, their approach was always understanding, down-to-earth, respectful (a rare quality in today’s housing market), honest, and fair.
We plan to stay in our new home for many years, but if that ever changes, we wouldn’t even think of using another estate agency—especially after having so many viewings, calls, bookings, and email exchanges with other agents before finding them. If we needed someone who could masterfully juggle everything to get a deal over the line, while being responsible and dealing with every issue or query respectfully, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Looking back, I realised that our email exchanges with Jack alone came to almost 100 messages, and every single one was answered quickly—often within minutes (sometimes faster than if I’d called!).
As I said on the day our offer was accepted, we are glad to be “indirectly” supporting them rather than any other estate agency.
Many thanks to Link Homes, and especially Jack, for all the time, effort, and professionalism they showed throughout the process. It’s been truly appreciated.

My family had already sold our family home through these guys so I knew I was going to get excellent service and honesty throughout.
They made proceeding with an offer seamless. We had worked together with the sellers to negotiate a fair price keeping both myself and the seller happy. However, their true professionalism came after this. I was impressed at their level of attentiveness and at how proactive and useful they were. Honestly not sure what to say- no words will convey just how amazing they are at their jobs!! We have dealt with other agents in the past and have experienced first hand the difference between Link Homes and any other competitor. You cannot match their communication, knowledge and reliability. It is NEVER a stressful time buying or selling when you’re using link homes and we cannot fault Jack, Hettie and Ash at all. There is never any hold ups, no waiting games and no promises not kept. Constant communication seems the key to achieve a sale to a happy customer.
We had tried to sell in Autumn ‘23 through an high street estate agent with very little interest. So late ‘23 we removed our flat from the market.
A good friend recommended that we talk to Jack at Link Homes and we soon appointed them.
Preparation for our sale started with the Link Homes team, to show our flat ‘at its best’, so pictures/brochure etc went very smoothly.
Viewings were immediately higher, a customer with a short chain seemed solid until our buyers buyer pulled out.
That’s when Link Homes worked more magic, and very quickly found a buyer with no chain, agreeing the asking price.
The solicitors handled the normal searches etc and we have exchanged / completed.
Communication, Communication, Communication.
At every stage, sometimes every day, Hettie at Link Homes was available to handle any queries.
Obviously they have multiple clients, but we always, always felt very connected/supported.
We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Jack along with his team, Hettie and Ash were all outstanding! The whole team go above and beyond anything you would expect. They keep you informed of everything during the whole process, giving feedback to you, of every person they show around your house.
It doesn't matter who of the team is doing the viewings as Jack insists the whole team visit your property, so they all get a feel for your home and know the property before showing any potential buyers around. Then a Whatsapp group is set up so that all information can be shared with everyone.....a fantastic idea.
Jack's advice and knowledge throughout the process was 2nd to none and Hettie's chasing of buyers solicitors and any other relevant information needed to exchange and complete leaves you totally at ease and very confident in what can be a stressful time.

I'm really grateful for meeting with you, Ash. When I moved into the UK, I was in search of property to rent. I knew no one and I walked into your previous company where we first met. You helped me out with everything and got me the property. You're such a gentle and reliable person. Forward to last year when we thought it was time for us to get our first property, Ash was the first person that came to my mind because we know little about the whole process. We talked about it, and you gave me some useful information and helpful advice and encouraged us that it is what doable. After two months that I have contacted Ash, we started searching for property online, and I found our new home with Estate Agent Link Home. I spoke to the company to book viewing to the property, and I was told Ash would be there to take us around the property. I told my wife that it seems it might be the same Ash that helped us with our rental property, but Ash was working with a different company, so I wasn't expecting to see him. I was so delightful and happy seeing him again because I believed that he had a good personality, very professionally with his job. The way he sorted out our first rental property was fantastic. Best experience I have had with estate agents in my life. I recently bought my first flat and Loyd was the agent. From the very beginning and throughout he was totally upfront about potential issues for me as a buyer, which I greatly appreciated. Very straight talking and honest. Jack & Llyod we’re professional, friendly and informative from start to finish. Our chain had some serious challenges but nothing was too much for either of them. A whats app group was created and all communication posted in there, even if there were no significant updates (we had a long old journey to get the house we fell in love with) they were checking in, regular phone calls from Jack, voice notes and general messages made me and my family feel at ease every step of the way. We have been so impressed with Jack and Lloyd who have helped us through every step of the selling process. They arranged two days of viewings and they both came and visited beforehand to ensure they were familiar with the house. I can't fault Lloyd or Jack. We not only sold our flat with them, but we ended up buying our next place with them too. Their communication with us throughout this whole process was 10/10 - which in this crazy market is amazing. They updated us every step and never went silent on us. Jack Holland of Link Homes Estate Agents was recommended to me by a neighbour.
We met at the property sometime before it was ready for sale and he said it was a very desirable property in an in-demand area and should sell very quickly
From that point on, he made sure that everything was in place and ready to go the moment we decided to go to market.
We prepared the flat for viewing and mutually agreed a price. The flat went on the market on the Wednesday. He showed potential buyers around on the Saturday and called me Monday with an offer. Asking price. Cash buyer.
Solicitors were engaged and Jack was proactive from the word go. Prompting solicitors for responses and keeping me continuously up to date with the state of play. He pushed for an exchange date which the solicitors met and then a quick completion.
My experience with Jack has been thoroughly stress free. I feel that he was eager to complete the deal. He is friendly, personable and the amount of contact with me via texts and emails was appropriate. I never had to ask him what was happening as he would always keep me up to date.
If you're ever lucky enough to get to sell a property with Jack I know during the whole process you will feel like he is on your side.

We had a bad experience with a previous agent who wouldn’t respond to emails and lied about viewings however Jack at Link Homes came to our rescue.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, Jack even gave us weekly reports from Rightmove on amount of clicks and views and the instant feedback after viewings, whether positive or negative, gave us realistic views on where we stood within the market.
The professional photographs Jack arranged were amazing and of much better quality than the previous agent we used.
Since we accepted an offer on our property, Jack has kept us updated along the way, even on weekends, late into the evening and also getting involved with solicitors to move the sale along.
We have finally completed on our sale and this would not have been possible without the sheer determination from Jack. This is not just another sale to them, they genuinely care about your journey and experience.

This was our first time selling a property and Link Homes were fantastic throughout the process.
When Jack first arrived at our property he had studied the property before entering, he noticed small changes such as shower and a new boiler etc. Which gave the impression that he had done thorough research. When Jack arrived he knew how to market the property and who would be the key buyer.
His advice to make small changes allowed us to make small financial commitments to reach a higher profit, which worked!
We never felt pressure from Link Homes. The competitive pricing with the excellent customer service made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
When compared to a high street estate agent the service already was remarkable and impressive and there was no “we will stick it in the window and see what happens”. There was a thoughtful and professional marketing strategy, that led to our property selling.
The photos taken for the property were stunning! Looking at other properties sold by Link Homes the consistency of the photographs make all their property’s appealing and unique once again compared to high street competitors.
Throughout the viewing process the instant feedback from a viewing was valuable and informative. This put us at ease even from negative comments because we knew where we stood.
Jack never lied and was straight with us. Once we found a buyer Link Homes were available at all times to assist. We agreed a sale price at 6pm on a Sunday. Once again their customer service was brilliant.
They kept it simple and easy. They dealt with the whole chain, managed all problems and put us at ease throughout the whole process. Whilst during this process we never heard from our sellers estate agents, which again proved how efficient link homes was.

After a most terrible experience with a local corporate estate agent , when I had lots of viewings booked in and cancelled at last minute! I was recommended to Link Homes. After giving notice to the other agent I was told by them that a prospective buyer had cancelled a second viewing . Knowing that they had loved my flat I was suspicious of this and luckily I knew where they lived. I put a note through their door and was astonished to hear that the agents had said I had cancelled!
Jack was so understanding and helped me recover the sale. My buyers had a terrible experience with another local corporate agent and were told so many lies. They are putting in an official complaint.
Jack helped them to get their sale through to completion so that my sale could go through.
It was a very stressful time but Jack was really understanding and communicative and always gave me hope.
Jack went above and beyond from what you would expect from an estate agent and I would recommend Link Homes to everyone. I would never trust a Corporate Estate Agent again.

My partner and I have recently bought a house with Link Homes Estate Agents and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our estate agent (Jack) has been fantastic throughout. From the off set, Jack kept us fully informed and up to date with the proceedings of the purchase. He worked hard around chasing the solicitors and the rest of the chain to ensure a smooth and timely sale / completion date.
Many people we know have complained about their estate agents and how they are so difficult to get hold of, however we have experienced no such issue. Jack was very easy to hold of and more often than not he was the one contacting us with news!
As first time buyers we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we can honestly say we are so pleased with the support we have received from everyone, especially during these difficult times.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** Link Homes Estate Agents is the only agent you should consider using to sell your property. Like another review mentioned they were not representing me for my sale but, arguably singlehandedly, saved the chain from falling through. Good service and communication is often found lacking in house buying/selling but Jack and Lloyd have this in abundance. They both work incredibly hard to deliver the most painless experience possible and are great at doing it. Given this was the most challenging process i'd ever been through I'm genuinely grateful for their support and candour.

In what turned out to be a drawn-out sale and purchase, in part because of the lockdown, Loyd remained communicative and motivated throughout, before seeing everything through to completion. He was always available when we had questions and worked closely and effectively with solicitors and other agents to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.

There aren't enough positive words in the world to describe Jack and Link Homes.
Jack sold us our house a few years ago, so when it was time to move on again we instantly called Jack. I didn't even consider selling with anyone else! Jack sold our house in 3 days, with 3 offers on the table, 2 of which where over asking price.
We had an incredibly difficult house purchase (whilst selling our home with Jack). He single handedly ensured the entire chain didn't fall apart during a pandemic, took on the role where others in different estate agencies let a lot of people down. Without his incredible hard work and determination I am sure that the chain would have fallen apart and we wouldn't now be living in our dream home.
Jack's can do attitude and determination, whilst being super friendly and easy to deal with are true testament to his successful business.

We recently bought with Link Homes. Loyd and Jack were professional, yet personable. Being able to contact them via text made the whole process easy for a couple who work long hours. They have taken the estate agent business away from the old school approach of chasing emails and agents away from the desk; they are in contact very quickly and are always willing to help.
We dealt with Loyd more directly and he managed to push our buy through within 6 to 7 weeks, and we was incredibly informative and mindful that we wanted to get in as soon as possible throughout. He was realistic with time scales and answered/found answers to all of our questions. Even though we've been in the property for a couple weeks, Loyd has still been contactable if we have had questions.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Link Homes if we were ever to sale.
