The communication from Alan Cooper was terrible, after they got me signed up.
My home was on the market for 5months with them. I didn’t get many viewings (this was the only time they initiated contact with me) then I’d be chasing for feedback/updates.
I don’t feel they actively pushed the house out to their ‘extensive client list’ & had to wait 2 months for a sale board to be put up within my 5 months with them.
The house is/should be a first time buyers dream. Modern, blank canvas which is empty most of the time so I wanted a quick easy sale.

Alan Cooper Estate agents use data and Key Performance Indicators to drive their business. This is just like a 21st Century manufacturing business. They were able to show me with data how they sold more properties than any other agent in my town.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish.
Clear guidance, took measurements on initial visit, knew the market, midline realistic valuation and advice. Explained change in market between valuation and marketing and guidance re sale price. Also regarding marketing quickly to avoid missing sales window before Christmas and increasing mortgage rates.
Took time to take the photographs on the best day ie in sun, to maximise appeal. Advised regarding how best to present the house to maximise appeal.
Good communication throughout. Easy online forms to complete and return to progress sale, and online identity verification. Lovely not to have to post lots of documents!
Good communication with my solicitor.
Thus far, very smooth and easy! Fingers crossed for smooth completion! Fingers crossed ????
