We have recently used Wilkins (Nuneaton) to sell our property and what a great choice it was , our Agents Kimberly and Connor have been nothing short of amazing, we were kept in the loop constantly with daily updates and if we had any questions they got back to us pretty much straight away, they really did make the whole process so easy! Not forgetting Summer! the social media/photographer was amazing too, took great photos of our property and even whipped a drone up for great areal shots as well doing a walkthrough for social media! Worked with Wilkins for a recent purchase as opposed to a sale.
Really good experience form a buyers perspective - there wasn’t any pressure or bombardment, always available to answer any questions, and when things hit a snag due to a third party solicitor, there was no pressure tactics or threats to re-list, just an offer to help in whatever way they could to help move things along for their seller and for me their buyer.
Wilkins are new to the area, but based on my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to consider working with them or recommending, thanks to all the team.
