Recently sold my late mum’s flat through Up Estates. I found all the staff I dealt with during the sales process to be very helpful. This is the second relatives property I have sold through Up Estates, both of which reached a successful sale. They do not stop at just finding a buyer they regularly update on the sale process. We contacted Up Estates to list our house for sale, and they were proactive and helpful. The photos taken by Simon were fantastic, and the listing did a brilliant job of representing our home. Booking viewings with Becky and the team was a breeze - they are so quick to respond and did a great job of handling viewing requests. The advertising clearly worked as we had loads of viewings and agreed the sale within a couple of weeks. We were then transitioned over to our sales progressor, Emily, who was supportive and attentive, regularly checking in with us and providing useful updates. While searching for our onward purchase we had contact with 17 different agents in the area and none of them are close to the response times, information, and general effort level seen at Up Estates.
