The marketing approach was targeted at serious buyers only (rather than tyre kickers) which we preferred. Max and George were friendly and professional and easy to talk to. There was more attention to detail and feedback than with our previous Estate Agent and we felt more involved. Max and George were also good negotiators, not just with us but with our buyer too.

We were struggling to get offers but also found the 2 previous agents we used were not great in terms of communication or ideas - we were constantly chasing them for any feedback and they didn't provide much even when we did get to speak to them. Alexander Steer provided a much better service all round and we got an offer which we accepted.

We cannot recommend using Alexander Steer estate agents enough. We have just sold our flat with them and they’ve been absolutely AMAZING. They were very helpful, professional and responsive, keeping us updated regularly throughout the sale and were on top of EVERYTHING. I honestly don’t think we would have sold our flat so quickly and above asking without them (so impressive in today’s market!). If you are thinking of putting your property on the market any time soon, you MUST USE ALEXANDER STEER ESTATE AGENTS.
