Literally from the second I called to book my viewing, Jordan was soo incredibly helpful and patient and kind. Which has made all the difference in what can be a very stressful process. He also showed me the property which I fell in love with and ended up renting. And honestly from start to finish I couldn’t fault him. He has been so helpful and kept me updated on all the processes, explaining everything in detail and just generally making the experience a lot more streamlined! Thank you so much Jordan!

All of my viewings — around eight in total — were handled by Georgina Magnani, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, organised and professional.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful experience, but Georgina was always friendly, approachable and reassuring. As a first-time buyer, I particularly appreciated how understanding she was and the extra guidance and reassurance she provided throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Georgina and Horton and Garton.

From the start, the whole team were highly efficient, proactive and easy to deal with.<br><br>Anca and Ioana were both excellent throughout, keeping everything moving and making the process straightforward. A special thank you to John, who gave us sensible, honest advice and clearly understood the local market.<br><br>They secured excellent tenants for both properties and achieved record rents for us, which we were extremely pleased with. More importantly, we never felt they were simply focused on earning a fee. They acted like a proper business partner, looked at the bigger picture and genuinely wanted the best result for us.<br><br>We have dealt with plenty of agents over the years, and London Estates stood out for their communication, knowledge and personal service.
