I approached Lisa from the Irvine branch when I was going through difficult and lengthly process with another broker. She took the time out of her schedule to help and advise me even when there was no reward on her end. I have health issues which can be extremly frustrating for people when they are trying to get concise information and something I regularly feel embarrassed about however Lisa was very accommodation and made me feel at ease. Looking through statements can be a invasive process and this made me nervous( although had nothing to hide) but Lisa removed the stigma and judgement and aided phenomenally with a relaxed atmosphere. She also went out her way to check up on the process and advise me further. I can not emphasise this enough that is purely down to Lisa that I am able to live in my first purchased home and in doing so has completely changed my life with the school runs , standard of living and being proud of where I stay. If anyone is on the fence I highly suggest you pick Lisa as you wont regret it ( aswell as the rest of the team). They truly have the best interest of the clients and show clear transparency between business success and personal aid. I am very grateful and wish to work with Lisa for all my new mortgage or renewals for along as she is in the sector. 5 out of 5 stars.... Read more

As a first-time buyer, I was understandably nervous about the entire house-buying process, but the team at Allen and Harris, Irvine branch, made everything so much easier. From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive, professional, and approachable. Fiona, the mortgage advisor, was outstanding. She guided me through every step of securing the best mortgage deal, explaining everything clearly and patiently, which was invaluable for someone like me with no prior experience. She made what seemed overwhelming feel completely manageable. Leanne and Elizabeth in sales were absolutely phenomenal, especially on exchange day when things could have gone very wrong. I spent over three hours in their office that day as issues arose, and they worked tirelessly to ensure the sale didn’t fall through. Their quick thinking, determination, and problem-solving skills were nothing short of amazing. Despite the challenges, they kept me reassured the entire time, and we even had some great conversations and laughs during what could have been a stressful situation. Their warmth and positivity made all the difference and turned a daunting day into a memorable experience. If you’re looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about their clients, especially if you’re a first-time buyer like me, I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris. Property for sale but no-one can view seller had no idea people were being refused to view until i met them as the company were pushing to sell the property to a builder they use even though it wasn't a quick sale, fixed fee but had the cheek to put a bill in for a % of the sale... Read more
