We feel that the original advertising could have been better, the original photos didn't present the property as well as they could have.
That being said, the market was slow at the start of the year, so its hard to separate the impact of advertising from wider market conditions.
When we did start to question the advertising Andrew Downing-Booth came out to redo the photos himself, so we have no complaints about the quality or responsiveness of their customer service team.
The office team are also great, they're easy to speak with and very quick at communicating between buyers and sellers.

Right from the start it was a great experience. Local knowledge helped in getting the valuation right. Everyone who looked at the house said that the photos were excellent and a fair representation of the house. During the sale the staff in the office were fantastically helpful and as our sale took place on Saturday it was great that the office was open all day. An amazing service.

Good estate agent.but sending me people who didn't have there house on the market .just sightseers .waisting my time and theres? They said sold to people who haven't even got there house on the market .I can't agree to a sale if not on the market it would be silly?

Andrew downing booth are the exact agent Charlie describes as the best. The whole team are professional, compassionate and take on all the stress for a seller. They are not the cheapest agent but are well worth the difference as I spent months on the market discovering for myself! This really was a case of you get what you pay for. Andrew was very straightforward and honest in his advice which was refreshing, Helen deserves a medal! She really took on all the stress of selling for me, I just don't think I could've taken it on myself, she really went well above and beyond to make it as easy a process for me as was possible. If I ever decide to sell up again I won't be shopping around, I would go straight to them, worth every penny. Charlie is right, when you are going through the moving process you soon forget the fees all agents quoted you just appreciate the stress they absorb for you. I couldn't recommend them any higher, seriously good agents!

Well what can I say from start to finish, Andy and his team has been impeccable. From the initial valuation meeting we had great confidence in Andy. He is friendly, respectful, professional & well mannered. Andy has a great customer rapport and is totally committed to everything above and beyond what is expected. Which I must say goes for all of his team too!!! Absolutely fantastic communication, nothing is too much trouble & always keeping us in the loop.
We experienced a difficult chain however Andy & his team, were amazing in sorting this.
I would highly recommend Andrew Downing-Booth estate agents, can’t fault them and definitely five star service. Thank you so much Andy & team.
