Been a difficult selling process due to uncertainty of Brexit and then Covid-19 so in circumstances we felt that our patience was rewarded to sell what was a fairly difficult house to sell at the price we wanted in the market we faced. All good in the end and we felt that using an estate agent like Bill Tandy has been the right thing to do in the long term.... Read more

We called to arrange a viewing on a house recently. The lady that answered the telephone was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband called and enquired about viewing a property. Once they’d worked out the correct property her responses were very odd... she said she would contact us back. 8 days later no response we went into the actual estate agent as we happened to be passing. We went in with our extremely polite 7 year old and our 3 year old who was sat in his pushchair. I stood with the children near to the front door whilst my husband enquired why we hadn’t had a return call. Another member of staff came near to where I was stood and commented that my toddler was holding a very noisy toy. Couldn’t quite believe it!!! No hello, no apology and then a ridiculous remark .... will not be using this estate agent or recommending it. What an awful, unprofessional agent! Certainly NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!!... Read more
