Absolutely the Worst Service Ever This has been the most stressful and infuriating experience I've ever had with any business. When I was selling my shop, they made the entire process a nightmare. A simple lease transfer took three months, and I still tried to be patient. But things only went downhill from there. They refused to return my deposit, claiming | hadn't stayed in the shop for a full year— something that was never mentioned anywhere in the lease. I had an emergency, and even then, I accepted their excuse at the time. Now it's been over a year, and I am still chasing them every single day like a beggar just to get my own money back. It's beyond ridiculous. I have no idea what kind of "law" they think they're following, but their behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This has been the worst of the worst. I strongly warn anyone: do NOT sign any contracts with them. They will give you nothing but stress and headaches.... Read more

Where to begin. Been using Angel Estates for years now. The level of service is second to none. Been managing several of my properties for years now without issue. However the pandemic did create a few challenges. The staff went above and beyond to rectify this. You'll be a fool to think property market is always rainbows and sunshine. It comes with risk. Angel Estates go above and beyond all expectations, providing excellent honest advice and professional service that you can always trust. I’m pretty sure that the bad reviews are either- people with personal vendettas, business competitors trying to trash other local property businesses’ reputation to win customers; or people that can’t accept reality, making unreasonable demands then leaving negative reviews (as a way to throw their toys out the pram after throwing a tantrum) and not getting their own way. The business owner (Narinder) has a heart of gold, she goes out of her way to help sort out problems and provides more than excellent customer service- she’s friendly, reliable and genuine, unlike other estate agencies.
