Austin Gray were acting for our sellers. To be honest we've never dealt with estate agents like them! Often estate agents get bad press but the people we dealt with, Graham and Adam, were exceptional.
Graham in particular was extremely friendly and proactive in coordinating the sale and ensuring each party was informed at every stage of the process. Our questions were answered promptly and professionally and the sale was completed quickly for a move before Xmas. If we were ever selling in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to use them.

When you're selling a house you get exposed to a lot of hype and bluster by people who want your business and try to lure you in with overblown valuations and snazzy presentations - but in the end we chose Graham for the simple reason that his valuation seemed grounded in reality rather than aspiration, and he had extensive experience selling the same kind of property. He struck us as a safe pair of hands rather than a cowboy.
We were right to pick him - Ausin Gray were fantastic both at the top of the funnel when advertising the house and organising viewings, and at the bottom of the funnel shepherding the sale through all the hurdles from offer to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to use Graham and this agency again.

I was recommended a few different estate agents by various friends.
At the valuation stage I would say Graham was more realistic and cautious as opposed to overly excited to sell my place, but I felt he did talk a lot of sense. After a couple of weeks of deliberation, I eventually decided and called him back to request and instruct Austin Gray's services.
I knew right away I'd made a solid choice when Graham jumped into action, organising the sales process and strategy with everything explained very clearly and concisely.
Whilst viewing properties, I was asked each time who mine was on with: “Ah Graham, you’re in very good hands” was the response from pretty much every other agent, which was very reassuring.
My flat was sold fast, then I was helped out with finding a place too.
My chain ended up being 5 purchases long and a difficult beast to manage at times but Graham stayed on top of it often doing the work of other agents from higher up the chain. He also seemed to know exactly what was happening with all chain members (solicitors and agents) at all times and organised everyone aligning exchange and completion dates.
Would I recommend Graham and Austin Gray? - without a doubt , this is 100% the guy you want selling your place.

We couldn't recommend Austin Gray more highly. Graham's experience is second to none - our house was well marketed, viewings were organised (no time wasters), detailed feedback on every viewing - and when it came to negotiating and choosing the most secure buyer he's all over it. We got asking price and a solid committed buyer super quickly. Finding a buyer can be the easy part - getting to exchange can be much harder!
Graham's advice and expertise also ensured we got the best price possible. Due to market conditions / timing last Oct he encouraged us to hold fire until Spring, helped us identify what jobs made sense (and which didn't!). At every step I felt he was completely with us to make sure we got the best outcome possible. Both Graham and Nicky kept us up to date at every stage, pre offer and right up until exchange. Super lovely to deal with too - not all estate agents are the same, choose wisely. Also don't think you have to be selling in 7 dials - our house was near Preston Park/ Preston Circus ;)

I cannot recommend Graham and the team at Austin Gray enough. They made what at times can be a rather stressful and overwhelming process of selling a property much more manageable for me, the seller. Graham sped up the process and connected the dots and essentially became the driving force for the sale. He went above and beyond what I suspect other estate agents provide.
His honesty and knowledge about not only the market in general but about my specific situation was impressive and hugely valuable!
