He has an excellent understanding of the market from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspective, which makes a real difference.<br>Communication throughout the process is always clear and consistent, and Chris is very good at keeping things moving. On a number of occasions, he has helped the process, resolving issues and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.<br>Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and his team.

Adam was patient, understanding and truly did his absolute best to get me over the finishing line in a timeframe that would work for me.<br>Adam is a fantastic and a driven individual which was a pleasure to work and collaborate with. I would reccomend him anytime!

Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

It was especially Coco who we were in regular contact with for more than a year. Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. Spencer has been a very efficient, hard working and polite agent. He is also a great communicator and always seems to be in a good mood, in spite of the difficult circumstances in which we had to work. I would recommend him to anybody as an agent. It has been a pleasure to work with him.

He was an absolute dream to have as the estate agent handling our purchase.<br><br>Buying a house is such a stressful process, but Dan made it feel so much easier. He was hugely supportive, diligent and incredibly responsive throughout. He gave us his time, shared his expertise freely and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive he was in keeping things moving and helping us navigate what can often feel like a complicated and frustrating process. His calm, professional and genuinely helpful approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thanks to Dan, this was probably the smoothest house purchase we have ever experienced. He is a real credit to Number Twenty Four, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
