John was very responsive to my calls and did what he said he was going to do. He gave helpful advice based on his obvious knowledge of the market and local businesses. He arranged for things to be done, which really helped as I was not local. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

The biggest waste of money I have ever spent, why are estate agents more expensive than solicitors? Walking in the Nantwich office is awkward, nobody looks up and addresses you until they are ready. Calling the office goes straight to answer phone, prospective buyers complained they couldn't get through to book an appointment. Floor plan wasn't even included in the price and isn't really needed in that detail. Just thankful I won't be using them again.

Having used the services of Baker Wynne & Wilson in Nantwich to sell my property in September 2024. I would highly recommend them to any one wanting to sell a property through a well established and knowledgeable Cheshire based Estate Agency.
It is with the highest commendation that I thank Kayleigh, Oliver and all the other week day and weekend staff who remained patient, determined and persevered with our efforts to get the property sold in Crewe. It must also be mentioned that they managed to put up with me during the selling process and still managed to laugh at some of my comments.
Taking everything into account over the selling period, my rating for Baker Wynne & Wilson is 5/5 and when I come to sell another property, they will be the only agent I call.
Finally, despite this praiseworthy review, I know it will not get Kayleigh and others the pay rise they deserve.

I knew I had chosen the right estate agent the second I met John Baker, who valued my property.
The photographs taken were seriously impressive, as was the accompanying appraisal describing my property. Written in an intelligent, accurate and concise manner.
Kayleigh informed me immediately when queries were raised by the buyer, enabling me to respond in a timely fashion.

John Baker gave me to best possible attention and actually sold our house for a really good price before it even went on the open market. Most of the people in the village still don't even know that it's sold!
I would not hesitate to recommend Baker, Wayne and Wilson if you have aa house to sell or indeed to buy which is also what I have just don e with John as well.

As the other reviewer mentioned, sharp practice seems to be happening. This cost us £2,000 in wasted surveys and conveyor reports. We missed preferential mortgage rates and ultimately lost several months of our time.
• No communication from any of the managers.
• The property in question was in probate and has a possessory title. This was only realised when our conveyor mentioned an indemnity insurance policy.
The property was sold a couple of times thereafter. I noticed some likes appeared shortly after one fell through — I only hope they weren't stung financially too.

Don't use this agent... First tried to sell my property to his friend and when i disinstructed them they have kept the property on right move and their website as under offer. The property is empty and because they continue to advertise, it has been broken in to.
