After obtaining 4 quotes we went for Your Move as their valuation met our expectations (unlike a couple of others which we felt were overpriced to seduce us into going with them). We were delighted with the quality of photography. We signed up for an initial 12 weeks sole responsibility. After 10 weeks we had several viewings, but no offers. Feedback was attempted by the agent but little offered by the viewers. It would have been good for us if the person doing the viewing could have provided some form of feedback? We gave the agent notice that we would be withdrawing the property at the end of the 12 weeks, to put back onto the rental market, but we would give consideration to any offers received by then. To put it back on the rental market a light refurbishment was required and we proceeded with this and appointed a new letting agent. Completely out of the blue, we received an offer significantly below the asking price, which was increased to a figure that we would have accepted before we undertook the refurbishment. The buyer then came back with an increased offer, but after considerable discussion we decided to keep the property. The communication on the marketing was excellent because when Your Move missed updating us with 2 viewings, these were captured in a follow up report by Get Agent. It seemed to us that viewings were only conducted on Wednesdays and Saturdays and was this a barrier to more interest? When we do intend to sell we will do so with a sitting tenant, so as to generate an income whilst due process is completed.... Read more

All the staff at Your Move were very polite and helpful and their commission rates are reasonable. Also their video of the property was really good unlike some of the other agents whose videos are just the photos they have taken not a proper walk through.... Read more

Good listing but little service/vetting of viewers after. 70% of viewers clearly could not afford anything near asking price/were from abroad and not of uk residence causing mortgage issues.... Read more
