I strongly advise against using this agency! They are very unprofessional and incompetent. I have been renting a house from this agency for over three years and for three years we have had damp and mould in the house. All reports are swept under the carpet. Every year when winter comes, they are unable to deal with the repairs, it takes a very long time and the results are zero. The employees have zero experience in this field. Be careful with them. The houses are prepared before renting and everything looks reasonably good, but after a few months, the worst problems come out! Even the neighbours confirm that the previous tenants had problems and all reports were ignored. I am attaching a photo below.
You are ridiculous and incompetent. I have been renting from you for almost four years. 31 Minshull New Road CW13PE Crewe. I have had a damp problem for three years, I have been dealing with the Council, and you say you don't know me.

i dont recommend this agency because they re really unprofessional and really inconsiderate with their tenants. some of my family members started getting ill because of the mold all around the house and this agency aint doing anything about it. and im not talking about some little cough, im talking about serious possibly chronic diseases like asthma. with serious potential for other illnesses that affects breathing and the lungs as a whole. we ve called them over 100 times to fix the whole thing with the mold and they re so inconsiderate that they ll go to extremes such as saying every week they re gonna come and do something about it for like several weeks and never come. if youre planning to rent the house from this agency, please ask first because you could get into some serious problems like ive just talked about.

I dont recommend this estate because since 4 years till now ive been trapped in a house full of mould and all the complains i do they toss it aside like is nothing and now antoher christmas we have to spend in a mouldy house full of bacteria and viruses which can also couse health issues to the young kids in the house. They do not attempt to try and make our lives easier yet they make it harder!

I'm not normally one for giving bad reviews, but on this occasion I felt it was necessary.
We rented with Wright Marshall for 3 years.
When we first decided to go with Wright Marshall, we had an overall good experience.
However, as time went on, we would raise issues that would just go constantly unresolved.
For example, our shower was broken and the toilets didn't flush properly. Twice plumbers came out but nothing was ever done to fix the problem the entire time we were there. Instead, they just came to "assess" what needed doing, without actually doing anything about it.
What really annoyed me, however, was the attitude of some staff. We were told that the landlord wanted to do a visit, which we were absolutely fine with, but on a date and time which suited us. A date and time was given to us and we said sorry but that doesn't work for us due to working shifts, so instead we sent a range of dates and times we could do instead. We were sent a reply saying unfortunately the landlord has to visit at this specific time and date, due to their commitments, even though it was clear that they hadn't bothered to check with the landlord first before responding to us.
In reply, we stated that unfortunately we can't do that date, so Wright Marshall would need to speak to the landlord to see what alternative dates they could do, because I would be in the middle of a set of night shifts and the landlord's visit would mean I'd only get approximately 3 to 4 hours sleep.
The next reply is what really annoyed me. The Wright Marshall rep replied saying that technically they only had to give us 24 hours notice and the landlord has a legal right to visit, which we never disputed in the first place. "The landlord isn't coming until 14:00, can't your partner just sleep in until then". If we had just said no and given no alternative dates, then I'd understand this response a bit more, but that response just showed they cared far more about keeping the landlord happy than they did us.
Unfortunately because of this and the lack of care given to us when we reported faults just soured the relationship we had too much. There clearly wasn't any consideration to the property being our home, even if we were just renting. So we decided enough was enough and we moved elsewhere.
To this day we've had no apology. The response to this review sums it up perfectly for me. "Hello Aaron, we are disappointed to have received your 2 star rating". Most company reps would put something along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience". Instead, "we are disappointed to have received your 2 star rating".
Clearly a lot of people have had good experiences with Wright Marshall, it's just unfortunate that in the end we weren't one of them.

The sale hasn't reached exchange or completion yet, but we were very pleased to get a buyer in 5 weeks, and all our dealings with Wright Marshall have been handled in a friendly, professional manner. Everything has been handled well- great photographs, good communication before viewings, extremely good person who did most viewings, and who discussed the property with me before the first one. All staff have been great, whether on the phone, through email, or visiting the office. I would highly recommend them.

I sold my mothers house in Nantwich in March and the experience with Wright Marshall was seamless - quick when needed but also very sensitive to the needs of a frail pensioner.
The preparation including legal surveys, photos and floorplans was in place very quickly and when we pushed the button Louise and the team had the house on the market straight away and sold within a week!
Following this the whole process was managed with great communication and everything went without any hiccups and on schedule - highly recommended.

We purchased our house from Wright Marshall Nantwich and can’t recommend them enough! We wanted to live in a particular place and from our very first contact with Louise we knew we were dealing with a very professional and friendly company. As soon as properties were listed Louise immediately sent them over to us and within a couple of weeks we found our dream home! From the initial offer right through to completion Louise, Debra in particular and Hannah were great at keeping us informed at all stages and even went above and beyond what they needed to do for us especially with the solicitors and one or two bumps in the road where our own agents should have been more efficient . When we needed something doing Debra was the lady who got it done!
If we ever sell I wouldn’t hesitate at using Louise and the team again and if you are going to sell Wright Marshall Nantwich is definitely the agent to use.

They provided a first class service from the start of the process of selling our house through to completion. Our sale was far from straightforward but Hannah always kept us updated and was always there to offer support when needed. If you want to sell your home then you should use Wright Marshall.

If I could give zero stars I would. The ladies here are polite enough, but its like they have no idea what they are doing. First of all.. fixes we had requested prior to moving in hadn't been done..
thats okay.. gave them the benefit of the doubt only to get to the house to find it FILTHY, muddy footprints, dead woodlouse and even bin bags in the kitchen. Just not cleaned which at the best of times is not great, but during a pandemic.. Jeez. The property is now manged by a different business (long story and one we still don't fully understand) and Wright Marshall have not fixed anything that they agreed agreed to which even though they don't manage the property ow, it's their responsibility. We have also not been compensated for all of the cleaning products and time spent cleaning. Terrible experience and considering this is our first house it can surely only get better which is a positive.....

It is a pleasure to extol the virtures of an estate agent as things can get a bit frenetic and worrying at an important time when selling a buying a house.
With hand on heart Wright Marshall Nantwich have been excellent with my process. Not only professionally but so friendly...they have kept this OAP up to date on an almost daily basis.
The staff in the office are excellent and always explaining every stage of the way.
Have to take my hat to Debra Caine who has been my rock throughout...this poor lady has drawn the short straw when she got me and has been stalwart smiling all the way.

Made an offer which was accepted on the basis that the property wouldn't be marketed further. Having an offer accepted on this basis gave me the confidence to pay a large sum for a structural survey. Not 2 weeks later I received a call to tell me that someone else had made a higher offer and the vendors were going with them. I wasn't even given the opportunity to increase my offer. Don't trust a word they say and be very cautious before paying out large sums for a survey...….

Avoid letting your property with this company. Mr sister in law used marshals for years but they have now merged with Wrights and become a faceless corporate non caring company who have employed in experienced young persons to deal with property lets. Even after complaining to the director they have not responded! We are going to have to complain to the Redress service and consider legal action as they are totally incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

After talking to other estate agents, a building surveyor, a builder and a damp specialist it became clear that the house had been over valued. The first Wright Marshall value was 250, then 225, however general consensus with experts was 190. The sale fell through, we wasted time and money and anyone buying the house and has a home buyers report will suffer the same fate. Irresponsible valuation
