THE BEST Estates Agents I’ve come across so far, hands down!!!!
I work and Live in East London my whole life and was torn on where to buy my Buy to let, as looking for a good investment. Rang a few EA, however soon as I ring Bahrain and spoke to Andy I was sold. 1) he was HONEST, 2) Genuine and 3) accessible (he works very late hours. Lol). That is Customer obsession to the core.
I work in Finance so don’t have time to waste, Andy was so good!!! He made the process between myself and the seller so easy, and best part, the deal was done and completion within 3 weeks!!! ????
Ehab is colleague, also so helpful. Honestly these guys are the best, in terms of the quality of their house also, and yes London is expensive, but all their houses gives you Money for your buck. Believe me, my Brother has 15 properties he has invested in since 80’s and even he said, Barrain is the easiest and most straight forward best estate agents he has dealt with in 32 Years!!!
That is saying something.
100% will be using these guys again and again.

Ehab Barrain, the Company owner, is a consummate professional in his field with a desire to offer top class customer service.
He successfully let and handled the management of my apartment over a year and when I decided to sell Andy Dumas, their Sales Manager, was there to offer solid, realistic advice that led to a successful sale.
Unlike the big agencies that have multiple people contacting the owner with each one not knowing what the other is doing, Barrain have adopted an approach based on continuity where you get to know them and they know you and what you require.

Nada and her great team are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!
They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way.
Barrain went above and beyond to go to the house and check on it while we were away.
The night before the closing the final walk-through happened and we accidentally left some clutter in the rafters of the garage.
Long story short, Barrain was ready to go to the house the night before closing and clear out the clutter just to save us a little money…yeah, they are crazy, in the best possible way!
