I would especially like to mention Sunny, who was extremely polite and communicated very well. He took my concerns seriously and made a real effort to resolve the problem. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Home Finders to others.

28th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

I really appreciate how she managed to navigate the renewal so effectively, securing a great outcome without any friction. 6th May 2026 (2 days ago)Although I am not a direct customer of this company, I have been significantly affected by their management of a neighbouring property. For over 13 years, ongoing issues have resulted in water damage to my home, with little evidence of proactive maintenance or accountability. In my experience, responses have been reactive rather than preventative, and concerns are often dismissed or redirected—frequently with the suggestion to pursue matters through personal insurance instead of addressing the root cause. There have also been instances where work was quoted for issues that did not appear to exist, raising concerns about transparency. Overall, the lack of responsibility and long-term resolution has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
