The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I have been with foxtons being tenant for almost 3 years now! First 2 years was with a very good landlord and agency was supportive as well. Had to change the house and now the new landlord isn’t good at all. Agency doesn’t help. When it rains, water comes in to the property from the roof. The property is managed my landlord, I understand. But I handed over the notice to move out in 2 months. Foxtons were super unhelpful with that. Very bad review on Sadia Kashem as she lied a lot regarding this property. Never thought that Foxtons Canary Wharf will be advertising this type of property.

Quick response times whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly and resolved in a timely manner. From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything moved along without any of the typical stress that usually comes with moving.<br><br>We also want to give a special thanks to Diane, who was amazing in supporting us with maintenance and coordinating the change of a few furniture pieces. It really felt like the whole team cared about getting us settled comfortably into our new home. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency! 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit, completed the referencing and background checks, and was sent a draft tenancy agreement to sign. I was also contacted and informed that everything was fine and that the final contract would be sent shortly.<br><br>Based on these assurances, I gave notice to my current landlord to vacate my existing property.<br><br>After waiting for around two weeks, I unexpectedly received an email indicating that the property was still available. It appeared that the property continued to be marketed despite my holding deposit having been paid, the referencing process having been completed, and a draft contract having already been signed.<br><br>What was most concerning was the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed that there was an issue or that the tenancy might not proceed. Had I not received that email and followed up myself, I could have been left without confirmed accommodation after already serving notice on my current home.<br><br>This situation caused significant stress and uncertainty and could have had serious consequences. I would strongly advise future tenants not to give notice on their current property until they have a fully executed tenancy agreement and written confirmation that everything is finalised.

Andy was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. His knowledge of the local market was clear, and he provided honest, practical advice that made a real difference. Due to his hard work and determination, we managed to sell our house in a very unstable market, which we are extremely grateful for. Even though the buyers were difficult at times, Andy put real effort into dealing with them and guided both them and us through the process, which helped keep everything moving smoothly.
