I am very late to leave this review but I felt it was necessary to do so as we were so pleased that we chose Bath stone to sell our house back in March this year.<br>First of all, Jordan was amazing at keeping us updated throughout the entire process and I personally feel communication is the most important thing when moving as it can be a stressful process and Jordan just made everything feel a lot more straight forward, knowing what stage we were at made us feel like we were in good hands and he always promptly responded to any questions we had.<br>He was really friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely care about what we wanted and made things go as smoothly as possible for us.<br>We had previously got a quote from a few different estate agents and chose to go with Bath Stone due to Jordan’s calm and caring personality, and how he seemed to take such pride in his job, as well as his knowledge of the area.<br>Would 100% use Bath Stone again in future.

We brought our home through Jordan Bryant at Bath Stone and I cannot rate him highly enough. We viewed a few properties with him and each one he knew every single detail about it, you could tell he took the time to get to know the sellers as people and their homes and he applied this so well to us when we viewed each one we got a feel for the type of home they were, the care that each family/couple put into that home it wasn’t a case of having a quick ten minuets to view a shell of a house that was just on the market, which we found with other viewings. It was never a problem to ask Jordan as many questions as we needed even after a viewing I felt I could email him a bunch of questions and he never made me feel I was being a pain. When we got to the buying process he was always on hand to help and support us with anything that we needed. He would recommend services to us if we needed it but it was never pushed, we unfortunately didn’t have the best solicitors (we stupidly didn’t use one that Jordan recommended but we did use a surveyor that he recommended who was fab!) so during having a hard time with them I’d often ask Jordan things that I couldn’t get from our solicitors and he would gladly help me. Our sale got really sticky right until the bitter end and it was very late in the day that we finally got told we’d have the keys and Jordan made sure he was with us phone/email right to the bitter end and calming my nerves it was such a huge relief to know we had him in our corner he always made me feel calm as he spoke facts and told us how things were not confusing us with all the garb. I am massively gutted that we didn’t sell through Jordan but I didn’t know about bath stone at the time of putting our old house on the market. If your looking to sell your home I 100% recommend to use Jordan at Bath Stone, he’s fab, lovely, laid back and so easy to deal with. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help and support .
