Tanya gave a realistic house valuation, not a fantasy valuation or a price it low and sell it quick price like some other agents, she backed her assessment of our property value against the historic sales in our area. Andrews clearly keep in touch with potential buyers as they arranged viewings quickly and secured an offer after just a few weeks of advertising the property.<br><br>As there was a chain of house sales involved they attempted to keep us updated about progress but occasionally their assessments of progress were a little bit too Rosey. Whilst its easy to criticise other agents in the chain for not supplying reliable information I would point the finger at Andrews for not being tough enough in researching the status of the other sales.<br><br>Overall I would use them again and recommend them to others, they have an experienced team, try hard to make a stressful process as easy as possible and even when Tanya choose to down tools and get married before exchange of contracts Lisa was able to pick things up and finalise the deal.<br><br>Well done Team Andrews and congratulations to Tanya on her nuptials.

The staff at Andrews seem incapable of being anything more than a transactional middleman. As a buyer, I was told a viewing had been cancelled and that was the end of their interest in me. At no point did it occur to them to suggest similar properties from their portfolio or make even the slightest proactive effort to keep me engaged as a buyer.<br>If they can’t manage the absolute basics of sales and customer service, I genuinely pity anyone trusting them to sell their home. The whole experience felt lazy, indifferent, and devoid of professionalism.

So, our journey hasn’t been without its challenges, and we’ve had a few setbacks along the way. But let me tell you, it wasn’t because of the Midsomer Norton branch. Oh no, they’ve been absolutely fantastic!<br><br>My husband and I had the pleasure of receiving incredible service from Tanya in the branch. She’s just incredible! This is for the lettings only. I have no experience with the house sales department. We let a house with very little trouble for over a decade. Then Andrews took over as agents for the owner. The first thing they did was dramatically increase the rent (by 30%). Maintenance issues weren't taken very seriously (we had a window falling out of the frame - worn hinge issue) and they took weeks to get it fixed and it was only when the whole window was going to fall out and potentially injure somebody that they began to chase it up with the maintenance guys. When we left they found all manner of what we felt to be tenuous excuses to keep our deposit. I virtually never give anyone a bad review but I thought they were terrible to deal with and the deposit thing felt like daylight robbery. I've been renting most of my adult life and never had anyone keep my deposit. I suppose the rental market is a difficult one at the minute but if at all possible i would try and avoid renting via this company ever again.

I live next door to a property managed by Andrews. The house has been neglected by the tenants, with a hugely overgrown garden (massively encroaching on ours with regular cutting back needed from our path) and awful drain smells. I have contacted Andrews god knows how many times but nothing has been done and they really do not care. As long as they are getting their money, I guess they wouldn’t be worried.

Having recently completed on our sale and purchase, I have nothing but praise for Lisa and the team at Andrews. Lisa, Donna & Holly are phenomenal!<br>As soon as Andrews were given the instruction to sell our house, they worked really quickly to get us lots of viewings. They never failed to come back to us with the feedback and we were sold within a matter of weeks. Sadly, we lost our 1st buyers after 6 weeks, and the team were quick to act with re-marketing the house. Luckily the house sold again fairly quickly. Unfortunately, there ended up being several issues further down the chain with buyers pulling out but the MSN team were AMAZING! They worked tirelessly with the solicitors and other estate agents within the chain and kept us posted with regular updates.<br>Eventually they brought it all together so we finally exchanged yesterday. Throughout this 10 month journey, Lisa, Donna and Holly were so positive, supportive, and re-assuring during the most stressful times. They listened to rants and tears along the way but, they were so invested in making this happen, I trusted that it would. And it did! I would recommend this team over any other, if you want to sell your property :-)

Recently purchased a house through Andrews, and cannot thank them enough for making the whole process as pain free as possible. Lisa was always efficient and quick to respond, allowing us to stay up to date on everything going on in the chain. With the pressure of looming deadlines, Lisa was in our corner chasing everyone so that we could complete before our tenancy was up at a previous property. We were kept in the loop with any news on the situation and always made aware of what stage we were at. During the viewings at the property Donna was friendly, professional and made us feel completely at ease. Special mention goes to Holly as well for conducting multiple viewings with us at other properties and not judging us for being picky or asking odd questions, and to Molly as well for always being kind on the phone and keeping us in the loop when other team members were away. All in all, the team at Andrews MSN are fantastic!
