Holly Parfrey and her colleagues were fantastic, they were highly professional. Always kept me updated at how things were progressing. Returned calls. Emails etc and a lovely gesture when I collected the keys to receive a little posy of flowers and two free coffees from the local cafe is a great final touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Throughout the process of selling my first home, Holly was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Would really recommend selling/buying with Bath Stone… Jordan was fab accommodating us on a Saturday for photos and initial visits and Holly kept us updated regularly throughout and was really friendly and approachable. Also there is an app where you can see progress through your house sale/purchase which is great ?? I would definitely use them again if needed!

I recently used Bath Stone Property to sell my house and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service from start to finish.<br><br>From the outset, they were completely honest and realistic about what I needed to do to maximise the value of the property before going to market. We received impeccable service from Jordan and Holly from start to finish. We bought and sold through them and we are so grateful that we did. They gave great advice, communication was excellent, we were always in the loop and most importantly, it always felt like they wanted the best for us. They are both highly knowledgeable, approachable, lovely people and took away a lot of the stress that comes with buying and selling a house. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you both!

Not what we expected. Our particular agent didn't seem very knowledgeable and we struggled to get viewings and offers most likely due to the property being over priced.
