I'll start with just this weekend. Packing to leave the house for an event and the handle for the window comes off in our hands as we try to close it. Crisis! But fear not, I've got Belvoir on my side! Rachel had a lovely guy out to fix it within 90 minutes on a Saturday no less. I've been renting for over 20 years now and with Belvoir for the past 8. Rachel and Kaz are always friendly, always on the ball and always willing to put up with my nonsense. I haven't had frequent problems but whenever an issue has come up, there's a solution in sight pretty much as soon as I've fired up the bat signal. Never had it better in the last two decades. For my family, it was mixed emotions having to relocate due to change of job out of our rented property managed by Belvoir . We had the best of times and an amazing personality Kaz who was in charge of the property. All our family and friends who visited always attested to the fact that was the best flat they have ever been to in Enfield Island Village and always inquired about the agents. As the last person stated I spoke to Rachel a week and a half ago they began the reference checks which was a exhausting experience to begin with. When that all came through called and spoke to Rachel and booked my move in date. 5 days before due to move in I call to confirm and was told by Rachel that her and the landlord has decided not to rent me the property. Hi,we viewed one property for letting last Friday, we liked the property and we told Rachel that we will ready to start the paperwork and put the deposit. Their team wasting our whole week and today they are telling us that some body put deposit for that property. The whole week I did remind them that please start the paperwork, than ,remind them that we didn't receive the application form and than call them that what is the next step .....finally no respond from them and again when I called them today ,they are telling me that the property is no longer available. I don't know, that why they waste our time.they could say that we don't want to give you or we give it to someone else or they could say other reasons. Over the years the team have dealt with any issues we’ve had quickly and effectively and have always been at the end of the phone if ever there was an emergency.
