Renting my first apartment was made easy with Belvoir. Ellie has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with the way everything has been handled. Ellie is super responsive and always has the answer to any questions we have, Belvoir has been brilliant as a first time renter. Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)?
Value for money, we spend nothing.
The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.
