Belvoir dealt with the Sale of our house AND the sale of my Mother and Father in Laws' house. What can I say! Absolutely brilliant service from the word go.
The photos taken of our house were simply amazing and I'm sure played a large part as to why it only took 24 hours for our house to sell.
Kath Carsley and all the staff were amazing, keeping us updated all the way AND actively keeping an eye on the transaction from the beginning and right up to completion.

Before putting my house on the market, I researched the most successful local Estate Agent and Belvoir came top.
Valuation was done by Lyn, a local lady with tremendous experience and her valuation was greater than I expected, but absolutely spot on! Ongoing support was provided by Kath and Julie, who were very friendly and helpful at all times.
I am delighted to say the house sold in six days for a very good price and everything went very smoothly. Overall, the service was outstanding.
I recommend Belvoir very highly and would not hesitate to use them again.

Lynn, Julie and Kath were great in helping to sell a property I had inherited. I won't lie, I found the experience extremely stressful, but due to personal reasons, this seemed exasperated ten fold, however, with each wobble - the girls in the office managed to ease my concerns. The property was sold in 5 months, during an awkward time for the market, and I think I recieved a fair price for the property.

Even though my solicitors were not great, the team at Belvoir were constantly chasing them for me and getting the sale through. Their communication was great. Jill and Julie have a heart of gold, they worked so hard to get through our house purchase. The people we bought the house from were unrealistic and frankly not the best to deal with. But Jill, Julie and everyone at Belvoir Haydock fought tooth and nail to get our house over the line and we finally and thankfully got there.
Communication was frequent and polite, and missed calls were followed up with voicemails or e-mails. We were provided clear updates at all times. Buying a house in COVID times has become an even more drawn out and stressful process but I would buy a house through Belvoir Haydock again any time. Thanks Julie and Jill for everything you did.
And a mention for the welcoming gift as well, that was a lovely touch and was appreciated.

Refused a viewing on a property due to current house being on the market but not under offer, although property we want to purchase is more than affordable for us and we have purchased 3 properties in the past 18 months so clearly know what we are doing.
