Sam at Benham & Reeves Ealing was excellent from the start. He helped my wife and me find the flat we have now happily lived in for over a year.<br><br>He did not just show us the apartment. He took the time to help us understand the area as well, which mattered a lot when choosing somewhere to live. Whenever we had questions, Sam was prompt, thorough, and reliable. Other letting agents we spoke with often seemed uninterested or gave incomplete or incorrect answers. Sam was the opposite: if he did not immediately have an answer, he looked into it properly and came back to us quickly.<br><br>He made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a flat in Ealing.

We engaged b&r to represent our apartment on the market a few months ago. We regretted it every step of the way. They told us they can attract foreign investment from a specific region, but what they should have told us is that they are a one trick pony that can do absolutely nothing for their clients if investors from that region are not interested. They completely wasted our time and we broke the contract after the absolute minimum contractual obligation. Please be wiser than us and avoid them.

Letting agent is very efficient in organising the viewing and the contract. But when comes to organising inventory check, it is quite bad as the person responsible unable to demonstrate how things working in the property, only said can refer to menu. At the end, some appliance not working as expected as should be. And it is very difficult to contact the relevant person for fixing the problem/issue

We had excellemt service from the staff at the Ealing office. Greta Andrijauskaite and Nick Hubbard. They listened to our requests and acted on them. We would recommend Benham and Reeves. We now have an excellent property mnager Claire De Vantier who is responsive and clear in her emails and a great help now that we have tenants.

Benham & Reeves has a great franchise with corporate customers. Our agent, Mr. Tsuji found a tent who works for a Japanese bluechip company the very next day after we signed the full service contract. In addition, both Ms. Tsushima of the legal department and Ms. Mori of the maintenance department are highly professional and helpful. We are happy that we found B&R.

We recently ended a two year tenancy through B&R at the Dickens Yard complex and we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the great experience we had with the team at B&R Ealing (who let us the property) and the Hammersmith team (who found a new tenant so that we could move into our new home earlier).<br><br>In particular, we wanted to acknowledge our lettings negotiator Greta Andrijauskaite who managed the viewings, contracting and move in process. Our impressions of real estate agents was at an all time low but she has certainly restored our faith in real estate agents.<br><br>Before moving to Dickens Yard and dealing with Greta, we had an absolutely horrible experience with another boutique real estate agency. Our experience was so bad, to the point at which we had to report them to The Property Ombudsman for malpractice. It made us really apprehensive about dealing with real estate agents again.<br><br>But we are so very grateful that Greta looked after us when we found our new home in Ealing. Her approach is of the highest professionalism and she looks out for the interests of not just the landlord but also tenants as well, which certainly wasn't the case with our previous agent. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for our move in and she has always been helpful to us throughout our tenancy even though the day-to-day maintenance of the property wasn't directly managed by B&R but directly with our landlord. We've enjoyed having conversations whenever we see each other and Greta has been an absolute angel with our dog who loves her to bits now. As tenants we couldn't have asked for a better experience, so thank you Greta for making our tenancy and time in Dickens Yard a very memorable and happy one.
