Billy was, without question, the best real estate agent we could have asked for. Our home sale was long and complicated process (our previous solicitor had made some mistakes in our paperwork that we had to fix) - but Billy guided both us and the buyers through every step with patience and skill, answering questions, easing tensions, and keeping things moving forward. He genuinely cared about how we were feeling throughout the process, not just the paperwork, and that care is what earned our trust completely. Thanks to his strategy and hard work, we received multiple offers and sold above asking price. We're convinced this sale wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly, or as successfully, without him. If you want an agent who is as attentive as he is effective, Billy is the one to call!

I have been dealing with Benham & Reeves for the last almost 13 years. As a landlord, I have found them as very reliable and professional in the property letting business. Their criteria for selecting tenants is high class and reliable.<br>The branch manager at Beaufort Park, Rahim Velji, with whom I mostly deal with, is a professional gentleman with a very courteous and helpful attitude and is always available and ready to help and resolve matters satisfactorily.<br>Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by all the staff of B&R.
