The whole team including llinca, Coreen and Ruby was amazing can’t fault them in anyways our whole experience was so welcoming and easy they was always on hand with question and helping us to find our dream property and making the move smooth sailing

This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. Special shout out to Joanna and Vicky.
