Just want to thank the staff at Beresford Adams for the great experience I’ve had buying from them. They’ve been professional throughout and yet were able to make me feel that they cared about my experience- I was kept informed throughout & all requests were followed up & actioned quickly & thorougly. I've had a similar experience to another reviewer. We are buying a retirement home and want to view a property that Beresford Adams Caernarfon have advertised. We live several hours away and are staying at a hotel for a couple of days viewings at the end of the week. I've left multiple phone messages for the Caernarfon branch because they never answer the phone and they still haven't called me back to make arrangements.

I found the company very proactive from start to finish. The agent I had most dealings with called Daniel was excellent and was always available with advice and support, all the other staff were pleasant and helpful.

We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.

This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. Special shout out to Joanna and Vicky.
