As an ex estate agent, I cannot stress enough how refreshing it is to speak to a team that want to focus on being an estate agent rather than being an advertising agent. Anyone can put a house on rightmove and hope the phone rings, it was nice to speak to the OWNER of the business and hear how they actively want to promote and find buyers for homes over speaking to a member of staff that knows nothing about a house I’m viewing, doesn’t ring me back and it’s bothered about me unless I’m buying a product or service. It’s nice to feel valued as a customer, whether I’m a buyer or a seller. So rare these days.... Read more

You're trying to make me look bad with your comment. But you know this isn’t true. True is I was -800£ you make from that 1200 what is 3 months rent because this will be for you legal for give me to court!!! You charged me +350£ for room where I don’t live 3,5 weeks and 1500£ for invoices what I never saw 1500£ damaged room 2,5x2,5m for new carpet and painting?? You make from 800 - 2,488£ this is true. You are the BEST ! :) I have my hands clean you have everything paid. See you in court. I wish you best nest good future! The absolute worst agencies have well written contracts. They don't do anything, not even what is legally allowed, and even make you pay for things that are not legally allowed but are in the contracts. They are not legally responsible for anything. You pay 100-125 pounds a week and the cleaners are there every week, maybe every 2-3 weeks. If you forget the key inside, you can't get into the room. The emergency number and email don't work. I have been in a situation since Saturday morning where I can't get into the room or the car, I don't have the car keys and they didn't contact me until Monday afternoon. (It's not just me. My housemates spent the day and night before work sleeping on the toilet in the bathroom or in the kitchen). If you need a replacement key, it will cost you 65 pounds!!!!! If you pay the rent!!!! When I was late with my rent due to losing my job, they told me I had to pay the amount owed on Monday, so I sent them the rest of the money on Monday, they filed a lawsuit on Wednesday anyway. In addition, I rented a room that looks nice at first glance, but when you move in, you see that the walls are dirty, from the previous tenant it dries up to the walls, the carpet is dirty all around, I made a mistake not to report it right away and take pictures, because they charged me for that to the end. I give them back the room in better condition than I received it, and Andy charged the guarantor +1500 pounds ??! for a 2.5x2.5m carpet and painting the attic room, which is a lot, like 500 for the carpet and you have to be Best Nest and painting the room like 300 and you have to be Andy UK invoice. Penalties for late payment of rent are also a bit illegal, even if you have a contract, but we'll see. My guarantor paid for everything for me, but I know that what Best Nest is doing is completely illegal. Another thing is that someone probably stole our keys from the safety deposit box in front of the house and I got into the room because my keys were locked in my car and not the room (where I had a spare car key) that my friend opened my car and I could go home so I had to pay another 60-90 pounds to repair the box in front of the house. Super organized agency that gives only the best and goes out of their way to help people. Now I'm taking my lawyer and going to court with them! From my side and from my experience with them, I do not recommend them at all!... Read more

I was kept informed regularly via emails and through each process,from the initial process of promoting the sale,to viewings and updates once the sale had been agreed. I live next door to a property managed by Best Nest (278 Princess Road), and a fence panel between our gardens has been down for about a month, leaving a big gap. After a rocky start, the company has been very helpful and supportive in dealing with the problem and getting it fixed in a fair and honest way. As previously stated on google reviews, Best Nest provided me with a solution, which I was not able to get elsewhere in Crewe, as I needed a short term tenancy for the period of a property transaction to go through. To this end the professional, good listener and problem solver, Annabel, enabled me stay in a Best Nest Room with en-suite for the time I needed earlier this year. The fact that Best Nest in Crewe, also based in Stoke-On-Trent, have a branch in West Street here in Crewe, helped to do the paperwork and payment and speaking to a member of staff and the viewing also. Be it on-line, by phone or via the branch, Best Nest were brilliant in all respects. The room I rented for just over three months was on the ground floor and also came with en-suite facility and a shared kitchen. It was wonderful to share the big house with four other people of differing nationalities and I so much enjoyed the talks and especially the cooking smells. It was a pleasure to be at this address and it was less than 10 minutes walk from Crewe town centre. A house share is something I had not done for a very long time and it was fantastic to be renting the room with Best Nest as the agency overseeing everything. Well done to everyone working for Best Nest and a very special thankyou to Annabel for her help, time and professionalism in getting me to where I am now. The maintenance man contracted by Best Nest was also a good communicator, helpful and professional when needed. To finish off. I only write reviews when it is applicable to do so and in my judgement, when a business necessitates spending the time in my schedule to do a review. In this respect Best Nest fully deserve my time, effort and praise in the service they provided. Well done to everyone and thankyou so much.
