Absolutely the worse agents ive ever dealt with, no communication, no answers in 6 months not 1 job was rectified on the property, was told by Craig we were a priority yet still nothing was done. House was dirty gardens overgrown. Lorraine avoids any question given to her or avoids your calls. I would advise anyone to avoid this shambles of an estate agents if you the type of person who likes communication and results not empty promises.
Also charged us for tidying the gardens on us leaving even though they were worse when we moved in and told to leave it as we found it. 6 months of stress caused.

Represented a vendor who pulled out of our purchase which I appreciate is out of their control. Issue is we only found out when we chased for updates. Poor communication from my experience. I am sure we are an isolated case. Lorraine in the office is lovely. But Craig, I am sorry to say I found his communication poor, non responsive and very hard to get hold of as he has no direct number. Admittedly my frustrations with the transaction and Bergasons limited disclosure of information may have built reluctance on his part to be forthcoming.

It is the worst Lettings agency. I called them 1 week, sent a lot of emails, and even went to their office in Lichfield from Sutton. They didn't answer me at all. Their office was closed on Tuesday at 2 pm, although it had to be opened. Disgusting attitude to customers ????

As a tenant, Bergason have always responded very quickly to any maintenance requests. I would highly recommend them for tenants as they don't just look after their landlords, they are always on hand to help us when we need them as it was the first time I have rented with my family they took the worry out of moving in.

Fantastic service from Lorna, haven't met Craig yet (the owner) but she said some wonderful things about him. Me and my partner got our keys today to our new home. We were absolutely shocked at how much this estate agent went over and beyond for us with the whole preparation for us to move in. Tried to contact to arrange a viewing via zoopla and directly online multiple times over 3 weeks but upon being contacted I was not available to talk so i sent a text message and returned a call but was ignored. After finally getting a call back almost a week later the woman was very rude but after reading the companies replies on here I’m not surprised. Shame as the property is lovely and strongly advise that the landlord deals with a different letting agency if he/she actually wants their property to be dealt with professionally. :)
