The best thing for us was undoubtedly the personal service we received from Paige, from start to finish she was fantastic even meeting us twice again after the initial viewing to take some measurements etc. for such a young person she showed remarkable knowledge and if she didn’t know the answer, then she found out and got back to us. I think she has a very bright future.

Wow I hope the seller of the house knows that hat type of company that treats potential buyers like something they just walked in
I don’t car if somebody has a pound in their pocket all over 1 million I will treat them how I would like to be treated
I bet Marcel will be missed he she start his own company that lad knows how to treat potential buyers he went was in touch with us regularly and Now I’ve just been told he don’t work there anymore. I did wonder why he was not replying to my emails
The owner Zeba Just cut me off the phone short was very rude speaking over me and raised her voice to speak I’ve me
And zebra was like well if you want to pull out I am sure we could sell it again
That’s a great attitude to have when is due to complete in a number of days

Michael at Blatch Fine Homes delivered an exceptional service from start to finish; identified my needs and made me feel like a human being and valued customer, not just an opportunity. I approached BFH looking to sell my childhood home without the stress of a chain, so also needed to find a rental property to move into whilst I worked on my new home. Michael never made me feel like any ask was too much, did not rush me into making a decision and was attentive and understanding of my needs as both a seller and renter. Any questions or worries I had were responded to straight away, and further information provided without me having to ask. The agents are all open and honest which is so hard to find in a letting agency these days! I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

My experience of Zeba is that she has an incredible talent of listening to our requirements and then translating them into only a few options and planning our viewings to suit my calendar.
