shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing

Absolutely first rate, friendly service with great communication and an absolute wealth of local knowledge.
I can honestly say I wish they had been the first agent I went with when looking to purchase in Kenilworth and also that I had used their recommendations for local solicitors etc. It would have likely saved me months.

Really nice team who offer some great services. However like all agents in my experience, they can sway towards whoever pays their bills, eg, landlords over tenants and sometimes complaints are met with a great attitude, professional and attentive response but nothing really happens. As far as agents go though, Boothroyds are one of the better ones.

My experience of Boothroyd & Co as a letting agent was very positive. They have meticulous attention to detail and offer properties to let that are in very good condition. Their Property File makes it easy and straightforward to communicate issues and book repairs, for which they employ friendly and totally competent tradespeople. It is also easy to keep an eye on rental payments.

I’ve just completed a two-year tenancy in a property let by Boothroyd & Co, and from start to finish they have been outstanding. Sue in particular has looked after me since day one and has been fantastic throughout.
Whether in person, over the phone, or via email, communication was always professional, friendly, and helpful. The team supported and advised me whenever needed and guided me through every stage of my tenancy. Any issues I had were dealt with promptly, with a member of the team straight on it.

Unfortunately we would not recommend Boothroyd & co. One of their staff caused irritation to both ourselves and our buyers. Feedback on this was not acted on. Additionally half of the photos taken were not good and had to be retaken by ourselves. Overall they provided very little added benefit considering their fees, our solicitors did a lot more for the same money.

Made a offer on property, they didn't seem to like the offer made as Boothroyds felt it was low. Property failed to sell quickly like the seller wanted and Boothroyds ended up ringing me back up asking me to re offer i refused as i stated my first offer was my only and final offer. Wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't good ethier standard estate agent in my opinion.

We rented a property through Boothroyd. The property was serviced on time, points raised during tenancy were addressed quickly. No complaints. Professional company. We made a complaint once and the manager was straight on the phone to apologise and saw that the problem was rectified. The process throughout was good and once we were in the property we were never hassled by our landlord or Boothroyd.

I had a viewing with a property that was let by this company and I absolutely loved the place, I went straight to the company’s office because I was genuinely interested, I was told that the landlord has to think about it over the weekend and then was given an excuse that a member of family is moving in. Most unpleasant experience, I wouldn’t recommend it !
