Matt Clinton sold our home; he is an absolutely exceptional estate agent!
Communication with Matt was outstanding. He set up a WhatsApp group from the outset and was in regular contact with us throughout the whole process (often outside of typical office hours).
Matt's approach is unique in the Kenilworth market: he is the person that values the property, carries out the viewings, negotiates the sale and then progresses the transaction to completion. That was invaluable for us.

We’ve recently moved in to our new house, after putting our house up with eweMove with Matt, we were not disappointed.
We had a few valuations with various estate agents and viewings up with other agents and just didn’t get the personal feel, they didn’t know things about the house and we got told numerous times ‘we’ll have to ring the office to find out’
This cemented we wanted to use Matt, from the start, Matt was very professional and friendly, working on his own, he does all the viewings and photos etc, so he really gets to know you and your house. He came round for a cuppa to talk through everything & was very informative.
He’s been at the end of the phone every step of the way, not just for us, but for our buyers.
There were lots of snags from further up the chain and Matt always calmly helped sort & speak to solicitors.
Would highly recommend Matt to anyone considering moving.

I was tempted to go with one of the more traditional estate agents in the area but am so glad I chose Matt and EweMove.
