I chose Boxalls because they were the only agent to be truly no sale no fee. Other agents offer very glamorous photos which if for any reason you then don’t sell with them you have to pay for. As a buyer I prefer genuine and accurate photos of how a property really looks like without special effects. I liked the more old fashioned and personal touch of this agency. Each of the people from the office that I had contact with put me at ease and in turn believed they would treat prospective buyers in the same way.
