Recently sold a property with these, I honestly can’t recommend them enough .
From the initial valuation right up until the day of the sale the whole team were amazing. The team kept in contact effectively and aired their opinions on proceedings and offer advice to aid with the sale. All questions I had (no matter how stupid) were answered in a friendly professional manner. All viewings on the property were booked and handled by the team and feedback was honest and delivered in a timely manner. Not once was I pressured or hassled into using any of their services but was advised of the services they offered .
All the team seemed to be in the loop of the progression so was able to responded to all queries no matter the day I contacted them.
100% these guys would be my first port of call if I was to sell a property again in future.

Hall and benson have terrible customer experience, after 21 days waiting to have my new property removed off rightmove I had to send proof of purchase to rightmove to have it taken off the site. After losing my husband suddenly in January I am still dealing with bereavement departments for different companies. Because hall and benson seamed unable or un willing to remove my property off rightmove when I tried to change my address with bereavement departments I had to have checks to prove my address had changed. Experian could not confirm to banks etc as my new property was still showing sold subject to contract. This has cause so much upset and stress as I was only widowed in January 2023. Luckily rightmove are decent people.

I bought my property in Openwoodgates, Belper in April 2022, and it took until November 2022 to finally get the keys due to an incorrect entry in Land Registry over a flying freehold on this property.
All the way through Hall & Benson's Team, Richard, Olivia & Jess have been keeping me in touch with progress reports. Even to dropping off spare keys to my door that they received after the sale was finalised!
I even received a very helpful Moving In box, with some gifts, really thoughtful.
They helped relieve a long drawn out legal process, and I highly recommend Hall & Benson as a lovely local agent.

Well - Abi, Beth and Jess, what can we say? Last week we secured and exchanged on our curent home and purchased the new home of our dreams, a long term solution for our disabled son. You knew how important this house was to us. Typically as with conveyancing the process, we had a bit of a rollercoaster, but once formally sold you made the process quick and you never once let us down.
At first we were tempted to go with a cheaper online estate agent unsure of where the 'true' value lay in traditional estate agents. The answer? You get what you pay for. Without all 3 of you at the healm pushing and pushing our chain to exchange we could well have lost our purchase and consequently all could've fallen through. 45 minutes from the deadline and Abi, you were making phone calls and pushing as hard as you could. Beth, I lost count of how many times you sat and listened to me on the phone as we tried to navigate the complex process.
So to anyone thinking I'll go online and save a few quid, had we too made that decision I'm honestly not sure we would be packing our boxes ready to make the move.
Thank you to you all. Without a doubt you will be top of my recommendations. Highly professional and amazing service.
