Landlord and tenants be aware. Would never use these for anything. Booked an appointment to view a property they confirmed with the landlord whilst I was on the other line. Come day and time of the appointment some aggressive man answered the phone telling me I didn't leave a contact number.
It's not my job to ask what details you need from me I'm not sure what your office protocol is, your receptionist should ask for all details when booking an appointment. He proceeded by giving me an example of if I'm in Manchester and property in Bradford how am I supposed to confirm well that's an internal issue not mine. I could have booked time off work, travelled from afar and the arrogant man on the phone said we'll call you back bro and hung up ????... Read more

I Was on call today with one of the agents in office, I got sent a WhatsApp msg about changes to making a payment, they had changed their details, so asked why my landlord is not aware of all this, he gave me reasons that were irrelevant to me , so I talked to my landlord who asked if I can get everything on my email, So I rung them back and sent them my email, I got no response instead he said I had deposited money with no reference, so I took a screenshot and sent to the WhatsApp number, will come back again here to re review hoping to give zero star... Unprofessional agents they do not pass on a clear message and then do no admit that they have made a mistake extremely rude service wouldn't bother contacting them again . The agent Mohammad found it appropriate to say to me "with my attitude I wouldn't have got the property " when I questioned why I didn't hear back from the agents after being promised a call back
The only attitude he needs to worry about is his own and his awful service and tone of voice... Read more
