I have just bought a new house from Persimmon Homes and used a preferred Estate Agents, Bradleys in Paignton, via the Persimmon Homes "Home Change" scheme, as one of the two agents to sell my house. Thank God I did! My house has been on the market with several other estate agents previously but to no avail. Bradleys in Paignton seem to have been the only ones to actively sell my house and get people through the door to view. We had several viewings and after a while a sale was agreed. Although there are only 3 properties in the chain, things have been very slow with getting the details finalised but, again, Bradleys have been the only ones to actively chase this, continually phoning the housebuilder, solicitors and the buyer to move things along. Debbie and Arash especially have gone above and beyond to chase up the progress on the sale and have, as requested, contacted me every single week to update me on the progress, whether there was any news or not. As we were coming up to exchanging contracts, Bradleys were phoning me every single day with the updates and seemed to be doing all the work from my perspective! I cannot thank them enough for all the continued hard work and effort, help and support that they put in to selling my property through to the exchange of contracts. The Manager, Debbie, even contacted me personally afterwards to congratulate me on the sale going through. I wouldn't hesistate in using Bradleys in Paignton again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house. Under sometimes very difficult circumstances, they proved to be invaluable in assisting the progression of the sale and made the situation run as smoothly as possible. The professionalism of the team was outstanding and I would recommend anyone looking to sell, rent or buy their property, to use Bradleys in Paignton, without any hesistation. Thank you to Debbie and the team, couldn't have done it without you!

We first dealt with Bradleys Paignton when we bought our house through them last October and they were brilliant throughout.<br><br>Debbie kept us updated at every stage and even went out of her way to help us get quotes for rubbish removal at the property.<br><br>When we came to sell, we really wanted to use Bradleys again because of how good our previous experience had been. Their fees were a little higher than some other agents, so we did briefly look elsewhere, but after a poor experience with another local agent I went back to Debbie. I explained that we wanted to use Bradleys but needed the fees to make sense for the value of the property, she completely understood and convinced us to trust them with the sale.<br><br>I’m very glad we did.<br><br>Despite a difficult market, they booked more than 20 viewings in the first month and we sold very quickly (having to cancel some of the viewings). Thom was excellent during negotiations and actually achieved more for us than we had asked for.<br><br>Communication throughout was brilliant, both Thom and Debbie were always helpful, responsive and easy to deal with.<br><br>The property was presented really well online and, most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised.<br><br>The Paignton office is always really welcoming, unlike some other agents we visited when house hunting.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already recommend Debbie, Thom and the team.

Bradleys were unable to sell our property after 28 weeks. Very little contact from them, only 2 viewings in that time, 1 of which the feed back wasn't very good as were told that buyers were looking for something our property offered but told they couldn't gain access to show.

The whole team at Bradley's Looe were excellent. Very helpful & really advised & supported me well with my house sale.

Great customer service, always polite and engaged at the end of the phone and responsive, liaising with the buyers and solicitors which was really important, as my solicitor was the exact opposite!!<br>Thanks Debbie and her team,

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.
