Avoid at all costs. We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

The heating in our flat has been a major concern. The indoor temperature remains at 10°C, even after running both available radiators for an hour. We reported this issue to the agency, but no effective action has been taken so far. As a result, we have to rely on personal heaters, which increase our electricity costs.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

Rubbish! I went for viewing a property who supposedly to be available immediately. Being there tenants still present doing their routine! Avoid with all cost!! The date of advertising to became vacant was the date of viewing you HUGE LIAR!

Our experience of Bryan Maher's letting and property management service has been nothing but positive.
Victor and Jade in particular, have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
They advised us on every aspect of the letting process - from providing a realistic and honest rental value for the kind of tenant we were keen to secure, from the outset, (rather than a hyped up one to try and secure our business); to coordinating all viewings, and advising on the letting terms and process.
They communicated well throughout and were on hand to answer all our queries and follow ups in a timely way, as they arose.
As we were in the middle of an international move, at the time of letting, the fact they were able to handle the handover/settling process end-to-end (from arranging the inventory and professional cleaning, and dealing with minor maintenance works required prior to the start of the tenancy) has been invaluable.
Ultimately, we are very happy with the quality tenant which Bryan Maher have been able to secure for us, and have every confidence in their team to manage the property for us.

I feel very fortunate indeed to have had Ian Maher’s help as the ‘man in my corner’ for the marketing and sale of my late parents’ house this year. His wealth of experience in selling properties (25 years +, most of them as a business owner), honesty and very personable style were all big factors in my decision to instruct his Estate Agency to sell this property.
I first met Ian back in August 2017, when I needed a Probate Valuation to be done on the house after the passing of my late dad, and again in July 2019, when I needed a similar valuation to be done after the passing of my late mum. Each time, he was sympathetic to the situation that I found myself in, and in the case of July 2019, realistic with what needed to be done with the house in order for it to be in a suitable state to be marketed. He pointed out the unique style of the house, that it was in a sought-after location, and that there would be no problem selling or renting it.
Before the house was put on the market, Ian emphasized the importance of substantiating any offer that might be made, and not just merely accepting the first one that comes along. He regards it as essential to do his “homework” on an offer: full financial checks and due diligence, assessing the reasons behind the purchase, and determining with as much accuracy as possible how serious the potential buyer is.
I asked Ian about larger Estate Agencies that place importance on the high number of branches they have all over London. Ian replied that he has seen ALL the gimmicks during his time in the Estate Agency business. He said that if you want to buy a property in Wembley, then you would obviously approach an Estate Agency that is local to Wembley. Ian could have opened up lots of branches, but instead chose to be the best Estate Agency in Wembley. The Property Academy, in partnership with Rightmove & On-The-Market, regard Bryan Maher & Co as Exceptional.
With Ian’s, and the rest of the team’s help (especially Jade) at Bryan Maher and Co., the house was put on the market on the 3/3/2023, an offer for it was accepted on the 6/3/2023, and the property was officially sold (via a simultaneous Exchange-of-Contracts and Completion) on the 23/6/2023.
Ian always helped to keep things moving once an offer had been made on the house, liaising with both sets of Solicitors, the buyer and myself, thereby helping to overcome issues and sticking points through great communication with everyone involved. Thank you so very much Ian, Jade, and everyone at Bryan Maher & Co. in Wembley. I’m so grateful for everything that you did!

Honestly wouldn't bother, had a viewing booked for today that nobody showed up for, when I called to get more information was very abruptly told "someone will be there, ok goodbye" and hung up on. If they treat you like trash prior to to signing a contract can't imagine what they're like after.

Wow I would highly recommend this estate agent. I have recently purchased a property through them, I have received outstanding service from them. As the processed took so long as I was selling the my property and same time buying the property from them. Nearly whole processed took 6 months to get the key. But during this long time I never ever had any issued from them. Our chain was big which look like impossible at one point but thanks to Ian Maher. He was the only one, was so positive and confident that we will make it happen. At one point I lost the buyer of my property but still he kept all the chain together and make it happen. Even on his day off Thursday, he still call me and update about the progress of whole chain.
I can proudly say that i am really glade and proud that I have chosen Bryan Maher & Co. Can’t complain about them service.

Very Unprofessional company, I have been developing properties for a very long time and went view one with Azim from the Wembley who was very disinterested in showing me the property because I asked upon arrival if I could take a few measurements to cross check the the sqm of the house, the branch had advertised on Rightmove, its not that I don't trust their measurements but more so the fact I am going to be spending half a million pound on a property. So I complained to a gentleman who's name I don't remember said its not their policy to not allow a client to take measurements of a property and he said he will get back. Azim called me a hour later and said he don't not make any promises beforehand (basically justifying his actions to his supervisor who I could hear in the back). After he said bit, I asked if i could still possibly view the property and take measurements, he just said no and shut the phone on me. I know review is long but I am so disgusted by the way I was treated by Azim and the management at this branch that I want share this with potential clients

I don't know about the negative reviews but I got everything I want from an agency, especially from Azim. He managed to handle my emails so well that we got our flat without a single phone call. We got to see the flat the next day after we confirmed to Azim the landlord requirements. He managed to get the starting date when we wanted and also helped us with references and everything that my partner was having some issues with, everything through emails with quick responses from him and professional support. I showed my interest in a flat and I let them know I had 10 days until I had to be out of my current place.
The agent was late for the viewing, showed up without a face mask and the wrong keys to the property and had to go back to get his mask and the right keys.
They wasted my time, I called daily to be informed about how the process was going as I was on a deadline.
The day I was meant to move out I was expecting a call from them about me getting the keys to the place after sending all the paperwork, paying for deposit and giving them references.
They gave me false hopes to then tell me I could not have the place: they told us the landlady was more inclined to select us rather than the other people interested in the place but it wasn't true and now the place is back on the market.
Unbelievably careless, they are not professionals. Because of them I now have to find somewhere temporary to live.

Went to view a property that I really liked, made an offer and had been told by the agent Aziz that he will get back to me the same day. I have called the office 5 consecutive days and was always told that he will get back to me but never did. Do not recommend this agency at all, so happy that never rented from them.

Have called the agent several times and left voicemails for a property I want to view as I am looking for property to buy. Absolutely no response to my voicemails, have not bothered to call back. I have a good mind to knock on the door of the property I want to see and let the owners know that at this rate their house will never be sold! What an absolute diabolical service!

Thank you for leaving a review.
Our Landlord wouldn't accept you because you would not be able to pass our referencing and because you lied about your income. I think you knew that. I would have explained that to you if you were available when I tried calling. Obviously you would get disgruntled because you never got the property. You also cancelled another viewing arrangement at the last minute where special arrangements were made to accommodate you.
Unfortunately out of 10 people who want to take a property only one will be able to move in. The reasonable ones won't get disgruntled just because they were not able to get a property.
I would also advise you wear a face mask when viewing properties during the pandemic of COVID-19 and observe social distancing rules without being arrogant, especially if you are expecting a baby. Good luck with the baby and everything else anyway. Hope you have found your Dream Home.

The agent didn't attend the viewing, I had no information nor direct telephone contact, despite having called the office whilst at the property. When I have complained about it, they said they had the wrong number (which it is not true because they called me to book the viewing and I had the correct number referenced in my email), "so it was not their fault".
