Haymills aka Hunters rented my property to a crowd of people instead of the tenant on the contract. To accommodate so many tenants, they illegally altered gas piping, electrical wiring, erected wall partitions, and added leaking faulty plumbing throughout. Their plan was to exploit, and keep gaining profits from this set-up.
They “forgot” to do a check in inventory, a gas certification. They then refused to allow me access to my property for over a year, and pulled out the deposit from the protection scheme. They said because of that they would not send Section 21 to the tenant to vacate!
When I tried to call them, they thought it was funny to start yelling at me, and pretend that a young office employee with a British accent was Hari Patel. I received many threatening emails from them and the fake tenant, daring me to take them to court and asking me if I was a Queen or??
After relentless efforts, and my own attempts at send them notices to vacate, they left the place without a penny of deposit. Keys not returned, garage remote door broken and remote retained deliberately by them, even though the garage had not been rented to them. The damages are costing me thousands to repair!
I was told by them that it was my karma to go through trauma, and they just happened to make the Karma happen to me!

Haymills rent out to different people than on the contract. They make illegal, dangerous alterations to your property. Hence, they refuse to allow you access to your home. No deposit returned. Thousands of pounds worth of serious structural repairs to the home are left for you to undertake. The entire renting process was to benefit their fake tenant and themselves, leaving you with huge losses.
