I have never left a bad review about an organization in my life but the way Wex and Co operates as a letting agency led by Michael Wexler is truly unacceptable. I have empathy for his staff. Michael Wexler operates the business in the most dishonest and unprofessional way I have ever observed and truly a compulsive liar. Client services and integrity are truly irrelevant. The letting agent service led by him is appalling and he would think nothing of attempting to steal rental money from landlords without any justification. Blatantly ignores agreed contract terms and misrepresents without concern. Deliberately provides no remittance statements, pays rent late and I'm referring to thousands of pounds, if at all when tenant pays on time while blaming the innocent tenants who are equally frustrated with service. Lacks any level of responsibility or service standards. Does not respond to emails on complaints and highly unlikely running the client rental account to UK accounting standards. Check companies house. Blames his staff for poor accounting and takes no responsibility for his businesses lack of systems or ethics. In process of reporting to PRS and court process to recover funds. Advise avoid at all costs as unfit for purpose. So many better property agents in area with proper systems and procedures....
