I cannot praise Steven enough. He was supportive, attentive and gave great advice. I love the extra touches he gave: a bottle of wine and flowers that were brought for the photos and left for me to enjoy and flowers and a lovely picture of my old house when the process was finished and I moved. What a breath of fresh air! Steven was handling the sale of our purchase and from the initial contact through to the handover of keys, every interaction was a genuine pleasure. The marketing was extremely good, along with the viewings…. conveying his style which exudes confidence and calm. Open and honesty is not something (sadly) you would normally associate with estate agents or property sales, but Steven breaks the mould. Always punctual, always contactable and always delivered exactly what he had committed to. When and if the next move comes….we won’t be using anyone else.
