The staff are very understanding and patient. They even secured me a buyer no messing around but unfortunately matters beyond my control I couldn’t go ahead and once again they were understanding and patient. Once the situation changes I will be going back to shipways. They are the best literally - well done shipways

I had a poor experience unfortunately, overly high valuation to secure the contract, and then very little effort was made to market my mum's home, communication was very poor and we moved to a new agent at the end of the three-month contract. I will be making a formal complaint to whoever regulates their work.

My experience with shipways has led me to write this bad review. As I was a first buyer I wasn't very experienced at buying a house, otherwise I would definitely not come to shipways! I really liked this house in front of my fathers house so it really attracted my attention, so we looked at it and we placed a bid and they accepted the offer. We was going through the paperwork and nearly finished when, AFTER 4 MONTHS, told us there's a problem with the house and we can't buy it. We really liked it so we didn't leave it at that, one of my friend tried to buy it by cash but another customer had bribed the shipways workers to give the house to them so here we are now never wanting to buy a house again because we're scared we'll be disappointed again
