Avoid Chandeler Garvey – unprofessional and unresponsive. I had a terrible experience trying to submit an offer on a property (Cavan Farm) through Chandeler Garvey. Despite expressing clear interest and following up multiple times, I received little to no communication from their team. It felt like I was chasing them constantly, just to get basic updates which were never provided. Weeks went by with no transparency, no clarity on where my offer stood, and no professionalism in how the process was handled. Eventually, I received a generic rejection email with zero context or feedback. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. If you're a serious buyer, I would strongly advise avoiding Chandeler Garvey. The lack of communication and disregard for potential clients is a disgrace. I definitely will never recommend or deal with these guys again.... Read more

This is the second time I have used Chandler Garvey to market my commercial property in Old Amersham, supported directly by Joanna Kearvell, one of the Firm's Directors. Despite the challenging economic and market conditions, they managed to generate a flow of interest, culminating in a 10 year let with an excellent tenant. Not happy with the commercial letting side, poor communication. It's like you are serving them, I been trying to get in contact for some time about a commercial property and could not reach anyone, I would not be using them for advertising, why ? , because they can't be reached I would try calling the property owner but I can't get to him/her because I first need to call the lettings company, very frustrating....
