Would highly recommend Alison and her team at Character & Country. From the very beginning she was very friendly, kind and helpful. Was very impressed with the media service gathering photos and videos of our home in preparation for it to go on the market. During the sell we were regularly updated on progress and they were readily contactable and available to help. Great service!

My brother and i are so pleased to have chosen this Estate Agency to assist us in selling our former family home.
From the first meeting with the ( niche agency ) owner Alison Fuller, through to completion she and her team worked tirelessly to achieve a sale in what seemed like record time.
Alison provided a very professional, friendly service based on her considerable experience to guide and advise us, supported by her small team communicating well throughout the process. We found her approach reassuring and helpful, consistent with the highest standards we had hoped for.
The quality of the brochure, photography and Drone footage were excellent and provided promptly, together with an EPC survey.
All expedited and available on their excellent website.

Alison and her team have been absolutely excellent in the sale and administration of the sale of my property. Estate agents don’t often have a great reputation but Alison Fuller is a rare commodity in that she has integrity and genuinely and authentically cares about her customers. She has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion to support the successful sale of my property. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone.

Booked 2x viewings with this estate agent. Received email confirmation of both. No one turned up, no phone call, after chasing them twice and being assured someone would call us back there was no phone call or update. Abandoned the viewings after waiting outside the properties for an hour.
Would not recommend either listing your house with this estate agent or trying to arrange a viewing for a property through them.

We used Alison and the team to sell two properties belonging to my parents and couldn't be happier with the service and outcome they gave us. They found buyers for both of the homes very quickly and the team were available all though the process with advice and guidance - especially with the second sale when it was bogged down with probate issues. Their patience and communication took a lot of weight from us.
I'm looking forward to seeing what Alison achieves with the new brand and (slight) change in direction for the company and wish them all great success.
